Because our body is our home, it is necessary to cleanse and purify it on a regular basis for optimum health and well being. Cleansing can help us refocus on what is important—ridding our body, mind and spirit of accumulated "toxins" —thereby allowing us to reconnect to our own truth and vitality.
In this workshop we will explore:
o Breathing techniques to help cleanse our physical and energetic bodies.
o A vigorous flow with sequencing designed to cleanse the internal organs and relieve the body of bloating, fatigue, anxiety, irritability and other ailments. This process will help purify the body by improving your digestion and elimination.
o Twists, hip openers, inversions and kriyas intended to facilitate energetic shifts (e.g. nauli, agni sara, uddiyana bandha—deep cleansing core work).
Prepare to leave feeling lighter and more energized!
Please bring your yoga mat and a hand towel (or rolled up yoga mat).
