Upon arrival, a TCM doctor (Traditional Chinese Medicine) will assess your health and provide you with an approach to building your body’s natural defenses.
The six-day retreat will be a water fast for five full days (120 hours), where you will learn more about your body, mind, and spirit. The retreat uses water fasting as the most effective way of supporting the body’s natural ability to cleanse itself. After the fifth day of fasting, you will celebrate by breaking your fast.

Throughout your stay you will also take part in yoga, stretches, Sadhu board practice, walks, meditations, and other experiences that aim to improve your health and well-being. Massages, acupuncture, and cupping will pamper you throughout the fast. There will be informative videos covering a broad range of topics around the benefits of fasting, breathing techniques, acupuncture, liver flushing, and many more.
