Day 1 -December 24th

 Our Representatives will meet with you at our pre arrange location at Accra Mall at 8am.   Our final destination today is Cape Coast, we will first stop at Assin Manso, which was one of the major slave market during the slave trade, Ndonkor Nsuo (Enslaved African River). This river is where enslaved Africans were checked for fitness and bathed before being transported to Cape Coast for shipment to the Americas and Caribbean. At the Slave River, we will participate in “First Bath Of Return” ceremony. 

After our tour we continue to Cape Coast, we enjoy lunch upon arrival at a local restaurant overlooking the ocean before we continue to visit Cape Coast Castle also designated as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Built by the British in 1665 at the height of slavery and played a major role in holding enslaved Africans in awaiting of slave ships to ship them to the New World. We will walk through the Male and Female dungeons and the infamous “Door of No Return”. There is a historical museum inside, which explains the whole history of the castle and Cape Coast itself, as well as a souvenir shop which sells literature on all of Ghana’s forts and castles, as well as the cultural history and traditions of Ghana. 


Finally we will pay a courtesy call on chiefs and leaders of Cape Coast and formally   participate in traditional naming ceremony and “The Right to Return Atonement and Rituals Ceremony” to formally welcome you back home, you will be welcome by Elders of the community, pour libation to call on our ancestors to welcome you home.  There will be drumming, dance and other rituals performed, we check into our hotel after wonderful day, later in the evening we will join AfroTorch Street carnival with lots of cocktails and music. 

Day 2 -December 25th

Masquerade display, Cultural fare, Music concert

After breakfast we go to fit our custom-made masquerade costume and participate in one of the largest masquerade street fair in Ghana with a lot of music, dance and traditional cultural performances. 

And participate in Culture Fair which is dynamic showcase of African culture, featuring vibrant displays of art, music, dance, lifestyle, installations, fashion, and cuisine which exposes us to African traditional cultural and customs.

Celebrating the diversity and richness of African heritage, the fair brings together display various African cultural, customs and traditions, cultural enthusiasts to exchange ideas and experiences, attendees can immerse themselves in a lively atmosphere that highlights the creativity and resilience of African communities. The fair also provides an opportunity for visitors to engage with local traditions, learn about different cultural practices, and celebrate the unique identity of the African.

Day 3 -December 26th

Business fair, visit Elmina castle and Kakum national park

We will participate in Business Fair after breakfast and check out of our hotel, the business fair exposes us to various business opportunities from real estate to farming. 

After we continue to visit One of the highlights of the trip is a visit to Kakum tropical rainforest to experience the much talked about Canopy walkway, the uniqueness of the park lies in the fact that it was established at the initiative of the local people, it is one of the only 3 locations in Africa with a canopy walkway, which is 350 meters (1,150 FT) long and connects seven tree tops, the park is also notable for a lot of endangered species of fauna in the park. 

We stop for lunch at Han’s Cottage Botel near Kakum, Han’s is built over a lake containing Nile crocodiles and set in a beautiful location surrounded by tropical guinea rainforest. It is an original and comfortable establishment, which is teeming with bird life and an excellent place to enjoy lunch. 

Before heading to Elmina. Upon arrival in Elmina our first stop will be Elmina fishing market to visit the boat builders, building colorful fishing boats using traditional tools and methods spanning centuries. We will also visit the Elmina castle built by the Portuguese in 1482 which is the oldest European building in Sub Saharan Africa. This castle is steeped in history and played a prominent part during the tragic transatlantic enslaved African trade era. There is an informative museum inside which concentrates on local history and it is designated a world heritage site by UNESCO.

Later in the evening, we will participate in All Black Beach Party with lots of food, music and drinks at cosy beach area in Cape Coast.

Day 4 -December 27th

Departure back to Accra

After a leisurely breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head back to Accra to continue our Detty December in Ghana experience,

You will be transferred to your accommodation and can enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure to rest and prepare for Accra’s vibrant nightlife.

Pickup: 9:00 AM Immerse yourself in the cultural and historical highlights of Ghana’s capital:

Departure for Egypt

Gather your belongings and, most importantly, don’t forget your passport. Before heading to the airport, we’ll grab a bite to eat. Please make sure your passport has enough blank pages for your visa. Then it’s time to get ready for your exciting journey to Egypt.

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can relax and enjoy the remainder of the evening at your leisure.

Taste of Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, then get ready for an unforgettable day exploring some of Egypt’s most iconic ancient sites.

Our first stop is the legendary Giza Pyramid Complex, home to the Great Pyramids and the majestic Great Sphinx of Giza. Here, you’ll have time to take photos, learn about the fascinating history of these ancient wonders, and take in the breathtaking views of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Next, we’ll visit Saqqara, where you’ll see the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser — the oldest large-scale stone structure in the world. We then continue to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where you can explore open-air relics and impressive statues that tell the story of Egypt’s rich past.

After a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll return to the hotel so you can relax and freshen up before the evening’s festivities.

Tonight, prepare for a memorable farewell dinner cruise, where you’ll enjoy delicious cuisine, live entertainment, and beautiful views as you celebrate the end of an incredible journey through Egypt.

Safe Travels Back Home

Gather your belongings and, most importantly, don’t forget your passport as you prepare to head home. Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM, so please plan your morning accordingly.

If your departure time allows, you may wish to take advantage of an optional visit to the breathtaking Grand Egyptian Museum. Located near the Giza Pyramids, this world-class museum showcases thousands of ancient artifacts, including an extraordinary collection from King Tutankhamun’s tomb. It’s a wonderful way to conclude your journey through Egypt with one final glimpse into its rich and fascinating history.

The museum’s operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you’re interested in visiting, we recommend arranging transportation in advance and allowing at least 2–3 hours to fully enjoy the experience. Please consider your flight time and airport transfer when making your plans to ensure a smooth and stress-free departure.
