Devotion · A Cullinan Retreat
Three days at a beautiful private lakefront estate just outside Houston. Eight women. Pilates, yoga, nourishing chef-prepared meals, deep conversations, rest, movement, laughter, and the kind of quiet that helps you hear yourself again.
No bootcamp energy. No forced 5 a.m. wakeups. No pressure to perform or push through exhaustion.
Just space to breathe, move, reset, and come back to yourself alongside other women who are done feeling depleted.
This is the Cullinan Method in real life.
For the woman who’s done the workouts, tried the supplements, read the wellness books… and still feels tired, disconnected, overstimulated, or like something’s off.
This weekend is a chance to step away from the noise and actually receive support.
Think pool dips between movement sessions, slow mornings, hot tub chats, fire pit conversations, intentional wellness practices, incredible food, and nervous system exhale energy all weekend long.

The weekend begins slowly.
You'll arrive at the estate between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. Your room will be ready — name on the door, a small welcome gift waiting, the kind of details that say you don't have to do anything tonight except settle in.
At 7:00 PM we gather for a welcome circle by the pool. Nothing performative — just an opening, a breath, a chance to land in the same room as the seven other women you're spending the weekend with.
At 7:30, we gather for a welcome dinner.
By 10 PM the house is quiet. The fire pit is on for whoever wants to stay up. Most women head to their rooms early. The weekend is just beginning.
Friday includes: Welcome circle · Welcome dinner · The Threshold ritual + yoga nidra · Open evening by the fire
This is the day the weekend opens up.
Morning starts gently. Tea and coffee from 7 AM. At 9:00 AM, our first movement session — a slow, somatic-forward pilates flow led by Lindsey. The kind of practice that doesn't ask you to perform. The kind that asks you to listen.
Brunch follows. Eggs, slow oats, fresh fruit, the things you'd make for yourself if you had time. Then the afternoon belongs to you. The pool. The dock. A nap. A book. A conversation with the woman in the kitchen. Nothing is required.
At 4:00 PM we gather for our signature Cullinan ritual — a cacao ceremony. Each woman receives a cup of ceremonial cacao prepared with intention. We pause, we ground, we set the tone for the evening. This flows directly into flows into journaling and sound — the kind of practice that meets the nervous system where it actually lives.
Golden hour at the lake. Photos for those who want them. An adaptogenic cocktail in your hand.
Saturday dinner is the chef's flagship meal — three courses, long table, candles, conversation that has nothing to do with work. The kind of dinner you wish every weekend ended with.
The night closes however it wants to. Some women dance. Some sit by the fire. Some go to bed at 9.
Saturday includes: Morning pilates + breathwork · Slow brunch · Open afternoon · Cacao ceremony + journaling + sound · Private chef dinner · Open evening"
The last morning is the one most women describe as their favorite.
Coffee and light bites at 7:00 AM, closing Pilates + yoga send-off at 7:30 AM, closing breakfast + integration circle at 8:30 AM, time to pack and linger, departure at 10:00 AM
Departure is 10:00 AM, but no one rushes. You leave with a takeaway gift, a few photos, and the version of you that you came here to find.
Sunday includes: Closing movement session" (generic) Change to: "Closing Pilates + yoga · Integration circle · Closing breakfast · Takeaway gift
This is a guiding rhythm, not a strict schedule. Movement sessions are optional. Meals are gathered, but no one is monitoring whether you show up. The afternoons are intentionally open — because the work of a real retreat is often the quiet hours, not the programmed ones.
You're devoting the weekend to yourself. We've designed it that way.
