Deposit is non-refundable unless TripIcare, LLC is unable to guarantee departure (minimum of 10 travelers).

Milestone payments are required. Late or unpaid milestone amounts may result in default, automatically cancellation of your trip and without refund. 

There is a $400.00 per traveler cancellation fee charged at the time of cancellation. Cancellations are required in writing and may be granted up to 24 hours prior to departure however please note our additional cancellation and refund policy.  We recommend travel or refund protection that protects your investment for unforeseen events.

0 - 60 days prior to departure    -    No refund provided (please submit a claim with your travel protection provider), cancellation fee applies.

120 - 61 days prior to departure  -    25% of amount paid less required nonrefundable deposit (please submit a claim with your travel protection provider), cancellation fee applies.

120+ days prior to departure       -    75% of amount paid less required nonrefundable deposit, no cancellation fee will be applied. 

 Vaccinations:  

1. Covid -19 Vaccination all persons 16 years and above arriving in Dubai are highly encouraged to be fully vaccination for Covid-19; effective January 2022 over 90% of our itinerary the establishments require proof of Vaccination to enter.   
   1. A person is said to be fully vaccinated when he/she has taken the full dose of vaccines approved and registered by the FDA, which means two doses of Moderna or Pfizer; or one Johnson and Johnson.  Person must be fully vaccinated 14 days prior to departure.

Passports & Visas:  

1. A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Dubai and it must be valid for a minimum of six months after date of arrival to Dubai. To apply for or renew your U.S. passport, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html for additional details.
2. An entry visa is not required to enter Dubai or Abu Dhabi. 
3. Additional entry requirements will be provided prior to departure
