About this trip

Has travelling to Greece always been on your bucket list? Images of sun-splashed islands, dramatic coastlines and breathtaking archaeological sites move you in more ways than one?  Constance and Anne are delighted to present a retreat that will combine the best Greece has to offer with daily yoga and meditation.

Our week will include a stay in Athens, a visit to the island of Spetses, and a leisurely sojourn to Nafplio, the most romantic destination in Greece. We chose to use independent accommodations and dining options as opposed to all-inclusive resorts because we wanted to make your experience as authentic as possible while sharing the wealth with our Greek partners!

About Our Teacher: Anne Patrick

An adventurous and playful yogi at heart, Anne is a 500-RYT, 200-ERYT teacher who believes in the connecting power of yoga. Leading with compassion, Anne designs her sequences to be both challenging and rejuvenating. Her intention is to create a supportive wholistic space for her students to connect back to themselves through mindful movement.

Find out more about Anne by checking her website (www.annieom.com) and by following her on Instagram (@om_annie).

Itinerary

Day 1-2
Exploring old Athens and the Acropolis

In Athens, we will stay in Plaka (the heart of old city) and enjoy its amazing atmosphere. We will be within walking distance of picturesque shops and local restaurants, most of them overlooking archaeological sites such as the Parthenon. A visit to Athens wouldn’t be complete without a dive into its ancient history, so we have included guided visits to the Parthenon and the Acropolis Museum.
