A visit to all of the historical sites and landmarks will have you awe-inspired by the architecture and rich history. When in Italy, you must do wine! Experience the Tuscan countryside on a day trip touring the most beautiful vineyards and tasting the worlds best wines. Discover the ancient ruins at Pompeii and the volcanic remains at Mt. Vesuvius. Continuing onto the southern coast, behold the most beautiful stretch of coastline of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts. A tour of the coastal towns chock with exquisite shopping, delectable cuisine and beautiful wines of the region. A trip to Italy's coast would not be complete without a boat ride and day on the Island of Capri and the Blue Grotto. Departures: We will arrive from the U.S. Into Rome's Fiumicino Airport (FCO). Flights departing from the U.S. on September 17, 2020 should arrive no later than 5:00pm on September 18, 2020 into FCO.

Returns: We will depart Italy back to the U.S. through the Naples Airport (NAP) on September 28, 2020. Plan on early morning departures to arrive back in the U.S. on the same day.

Deposit: A $500, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Payment Schedule: Please pay a minimum of 50% of the trip cost (including deposit) within 90 days of departure (June 17, 2020) and 75% of the trip cost within the final 60 days of departure (July 17, 2020). Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure (August 17, 2020). Please contact We Travel Different at info@wetraveldifferent.net or 954-860-8660 with any questions.

Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel for any reason prior to 60 days of departure date, you will be refunded 50% of the trip cost, within 60 days, a refund of 25% and within 30 days, 0%. Refunds are less the $500 non-refundable deposit amount. Trip insurance is recommended to protect your investment. You will have an option at check out to receive additional information about policies available through We Travel Different.

US Citizens: If traveling from the US with a US Passport, please ensure that it is valid for 6 months from the last day of travel with two page for entry stamps. No Visa is required for US Passport holders to enter Italy.

Non-US Citizens: If you are not a citizen of the United States, you may require a Schengen Visa. Click here for more information.

The pricing for this trip is based upon double occupancy in the accommodations. Please contact We Travel Different if you are a solo traveler for adjusted trip rates.

Today we get an early start to beat the crowds. Our day will begin with a VIP entrance, no waiting in line visit to the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Afterwards we will break for lunch at a place where many of the local's eat in Rome, near the Vatican walls. Our final hours will be spent visiting areas on and around the Tiber River and seeing Ancient Rome and the Colosseum.

For the Love of Wine - Tuscany Wine Experience
This morning we will depart for Chianti to The Castello di Brolio (Brolio Castle) where we will visit the garden and the small museum. It is still home to the famous Ricasoli family. It is here that the the great red Chianti Classico wine was born. We will enjoy a tasting of Ricasoli's many wines at the wine shop.
Later we will drive to San Gimignano where we will have a relaxing stroll through the beautiful Tuscan hillside to the towering town of San Gimignano - the New York Skyline of Tuscany! We will enjoy a relaxing and beautiful private 12-wine tasting along with a full Tuscan lunch at Tenuta Torciano in a little town named Poggibonsi. After a full day of delicious food, delectable wine and breathtaking views, we will return to Rome.

Our journey starts early from Rome. We will drive past the Bay of Naples and stop at an authentic Buffalo mozzarella place for a tasting that will melt in your mouth. We will then head towards the gates of Pompeii for a tour of the ancient ruins. After Pompeii, we will enjoy a wine tasting and lunch in a winery located in Mt Vesuvius. After a full day experience of the best of Pompeii & it's famous ruins and a wine tasting in Mt Vesuvius, we will take a beautiful drive along the coastline to our Amalfi accommodations.

Stroll around the narrow alleys of Positano that enjoy an unsurpassed position along the Amalfi coast, where delightful white and pastel-colored houses litter the hillside. Along with the beautiful beaches, its ancient fishing port, the splendid majolica dome of the church of Santa Maria Assunta and artisan shops, you'll enjoy a taste of the Dolce Vita. The town of Amalfi is made of a labyrinth of narrow lanes and alleyways that climbs the surrounding hills.

This morning we will depart on a fast boat to the island of Capri & AnaCapri. We will tour the island on a private boat visiting the Blue Grotto and all of the special Grotto's filled with Coral. Here we will have the chance to enjoy a swim. Next we will take a relaxing ride up to AnaCapri, the highest point on the island to swing in the chairs to the top and take in the beautiful view.

We will stop for an unforgettable early dinner at a small terraced farm where we will learn how to make pizza. The perfect day is topped with enjoying your self-made pizza. Following our tour, we will check out the Sorrento night life.

The trip was WONDERFUL! From beginning to the end. I thank you "WE TRAVEL" for all of the small things that were taken care of. As for the property, KRYSTAL - Our hostess with the mostess. Without her and her husband the extra curricular activities would not have been possible, Tasha (server) and Jenelle (cook) they were super attentive and at our beck and call for whatever we needed. Flo - our morning waitress! She/He (not sure of the pronoun) was so patient with all of us. Scott - bartender. Shots of Baileys in the morning. Chanel - the front office Manager. Whatever we needed she got it. She made sure check in ran smoothly and addressed any concern we had immediately. She walked to each room with us to put pictures on doors and bags in rooms. Neal - The groundskeeper. He made sure tiki torches were lit, umbrellas stayed open and the ground was free and clear of anything that could harm us. The travel and excursions were on point and I think everyone walked away with a wonderful experience. I will certainly recommend your agency for future events.

What an amazing trip!!! Accommodations and excursions were phenomenal and well planned around my travel needs and expectations. Everything seemed to be thought of in advance, so I never needed for anything while on my trip. I even came home with several bottles of Alvin's Hot sauce so I'll be able to relive the flavors of St. Croix long after my trip. Thanks for such an amazing experience!
