ISWD EVENTS TRAVEL and our ASIAN SUPPLIER are working together to provide you with an exclusive, and exciting experience in selected destinations. 

● COST PER ADULT (Based on a group of 10 persons, Double Occupancy): US$3861 

● COST PER ADULT (Based on a group of 12 persons, Double Occupancy): US$3747 

● COST PER ADULT (Based on a group of 20 persons, Double Occupancy): US$3680 

● Single room supplement fee: Add US$1469

A group discount is available for larger bookings. Monthly payment plans available, with all payments due 60 days before departure. See below for more details. 

PAYMENT / TO BOOK: 

To secure this booking, the non-refundable deposit is 30% of the total tour cost in order to proceed with your booking. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. 

If any guests book this tour within 30 days of departure, full payment is required. 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Full payment is due at least 60 days before the departure date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation

with no refunds. Certain services like local flights, trains, or hotels on special dates may require upfront, non-

refundable payment.

1. Nonrefundable deposit applies.

2. ​Group Bookings & Third-Party Fees: This policy applies to groups of ​10 + travelers. ​Other fees imposed by hotels,

airlines, cruises, railways, or other service providers will be provided if available.

3. Changes and Cancellation fees: $75 per change/per person once booking is confirmed, in addition to ISWD and

Supplier cancellation fees and policy below. Additional information to be provided with package and Invoice.

4. Must be a US Citizen or have a valid International Passport, must be over 18 years and above. Visas are the

responsibility of the traveler.

5. Must agree to the trip agreement from ISWD and Suppliers / ISWD Vacation Contract and other Terms and Conditions

6. Optional payment terms: Full Payments or Monthly Payment plan, all paid 60 days prior to travel date.

7. Optional trip/travel insurance is available. Please inquire with ISWD

8. **All rooms are double-occupancy (surcharge applies for single-rate occupancy). Note: ISWD is not responsible for and does not assign individual travelers to share double accommodations. In the situation that travelers agree to share 1 double accommodation, this is applied to all hotel-night stays and cannot be changed during the trip.

9. **Changes to double-occupancy: In the event that shared accommodations are now requested to be single-person,

a single-rate applies to both travelers and travelers must pay the difference 60 days before travel as well as change

fees (if room is available). ISWD cannot guarantee the following: 1, availability of rooms at any and/or each location;

2, that room changes are accepted at each hotel; 3, that travelers will pay increased rates, and any fees charged by

hotel, as a result of changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to adjust your travel arrangements, here is our refund policy:

● ​90 days before departure: Refund available, minus deposit and ISWD Cancellation fee. Supplier fee may also apply.

● ​0-89 days before departure and no-shows: No refunds

Once the trip has started, no refunds for unused services (for example, due to early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days or other non-ISWD change to itinerary).
