About this trip

 

In this adventure you will learn about the flora and fauna of the exuberant jungle that surrounds the city of Coca, this protected area is a small representation of the Yasuní National Park, here you will hike along trails in the middle of the forest. So visit the ancestral Culture to know the customs and traditions.
09:30 am: Transfer from your hotel to the starting point will be the pier of the boardwalk in the city of Coca, located on the banks of the Napo river, we will navigate in a motorized canoe with all the necessary security that will take us to know the three impressive rivers that surround the City and by canoe downstream in 30 minutes we will be visiting the Culture, here they will receive us with an achiote painting on our face, this means the welcome and typical lunch, and then we will participate in the Cultural activity and we will know the sacred medicine that is used by the cultures. 15h00 we will visit Yasuni Land, a nature park where you can take walks inside the jungle and climb to the top of the forest in the sighting tower that this Ecopark has, you will go up to 36 meters and you will be able to appreciate the jungle from the heights, if nature allows you to see birds and monkeys meet the wise giants of the jungle (Ceibo trees). here we set up our camp in a Yasuni land and during the afternoon we will walk and observe wildlife. 


2 days. 5h30  breakfast and walk in the jungle , during the journey we will learn the way of life and survival in the jungle, this walk lasts 4  hours round trip. 10h30 am    back to El Coca. 


IMPORTANT:

  • In order for your experience to be completed, we recommend you bring: repellent, sunscreen, cap, sunglasses, and camera.
  • If you have a high level physical disability, this type of tour is not recommended.
  • The sample itinerary is subject to change according to weather conditions, these changes will not be harmful but activities will be intensified
