FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL:
-Plan a roundtrip flight into Honolulu International Airport (HNL). We can help you find flights if needed by sending up to three options that we believe is the best priced and most convenient through the use of the ITA matrix and other forms of booking apps/sites! (We can also help you search for award bookings if you have travel points).
-Once you land in O'ahu, we will pick you up!

We will be hosting 2 Hawaii retreats back to back! This O’ahu trip will be island 1, and then we will continue to our next retreat to Kauai as Island 2. Attendees who decide to attend both trips will receive a discount!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As described above, Bucket List Retreats is required to pay all suppliers well in advance of your trip date. This includes but is not limited to hotel accommodations, meals, tickets, transportation, etc. All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. Should a cancellation become necessary, please inform Bucket List Retreats immediately in writing and request a written confirmation of your cancellation. Upon receipt, Bucket List Retreats will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s terms and subject to their review. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the supplier is responsible for this refund, not Bucket List Retreats. Suppliers may choose to provide a travel voucher or credit in lieu of refund. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund or for supplier bankruptcy or insolvency.
In the case of a refund, expect a percentage of quoted price as follows:

More than 90 days = All minus non refundable deposit
45 to 90 days = 50%
44 to 30 days = 25%

- Surf LessonsCheck off your bucket list with this 2 hour surf lesson-- No better way to start your day!
- HikesSee insane views for sunset/sunrise with locations like Koko Head, Pillbox, and Makapuu Lighthouse! Sometimes you can even see the whales migrating from these views if we're lucky!
- BreakfastEach morning we will have a simple spread of options for breakfast, for anyone interested.
- Welcome DinnerWe'll share our first dinner together at a restaurant with a beautiful sunset view & large menu!
- Goodbye DinnerShare our final moments together while having our last dinner!
What’s not included
- Swim with SharksSounds crazy, but SOOO worth it! You'll join us on a 2 hour boat tour, led by marine biologist with the chance to experience sharks safely in the open ocean. Trust us on this one!
- Byodo-In TempleBeautiful Buddhist temple! This is optional because it will be on the departure day. Those with later flights can opt to join us for this mini tour after hotel check out, around 11am.
- Meals/DrinksAlcoholic drinks not included, and meals not mentioned in the inclusion list.
- Private RoomRooms are all shared! If you would like a private room, please email us at bucketlistretreatsco@gmail.com so that we can give you an accurate & up to date quote for private room pricing.
- FlightsFlights are not included, however, we are more than happy to assist with finding the most reasonable pricing + utilizing points to decrease costs here
- SouvenirsAny souvenirs from this trip is not included, so please allow for an extra budget if you wish to purchase any of these items
- Taxi/Extra TransportWhile transportation is included for things within our itinerary, you will be responsible for any additional transportation that you decide to do in your free time.
- Doors-off Heli FlightOnly applicable to those booking Kauai as an add-on! Embark on a helicopter tour over Kauai's stunning landscapes! If you decide to not do this, you can use it as free time in the morning.
- Luau ExperienceDinner & Experience all in one! This is a cultural experience and must do when in Hawaii!
- Kualoa RanchThe ultimate Kualoa Experience! Three 90-minute immersive tours including: Hollywood Movie Sites Tour, Jurassic Jungle Expedition, and Hawaii Grown Ranch Tour. This includes a Lanai lunch!

Aloha and welcome to HAWAIIII!
Arrival:
-When you arrive, Anna Leigh or Kristen will be there to meet you at the airport with flower leis. From there, we'll head to our hotel in beautiful Waikiki. You can take this time to relax after your journey or go explore Waikiki Beach, Iolani Palace, King Kamehameha Statue, and enjoy some shopping at Ala Moana.
Welcome Dinner:
-At 6 PM, we'll all come together for our welcome dinner with a stunning sunset view. It's a great chance to get to know each other better and kick off our Hawaiian adventure!
