Day 1: Arrival at CRD. Arrival at Comodoro Rivadavia Airport "Gral. Enrique Mosconi " (IATA: CRD) and transfer to Puerto Deseado. Hotel check-in and dinner. Overnight in Hotel Los Acantilados. 

Day 2: Boat trip to Is. Pinguino. Boat trip to Penguin Is. Visit Southern Rockhooper Penguin nesting colony. Afternoon birding around Puerto Deseado. Dinner. Overnight in Hotel Los Acantilados.

Day 3: Boat trip to Is. de los Pájaros. Boat trip to Ria Deseado Provincial Reserve. Afternoon birding around Puerto Deseado. Dinner. Overnight in Hotel Los Acantilados.

Day 4: Full day birding in the area. Full day birding in Puerto Deseado area. Dinner. Overnight in Hotel Los Acantilados.

Day 5: Transfer back to CRD. End of the tour. Transfer back to Comodoro Rivadavia Airport. Drop off. End of the tour.
