Gorilla tracking is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to observe wild mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. It is a thrilling experience that will bring you face-to-face with one of nature’s most majestic creatures.
Gorilla tracking begins with an early morning briefing by the park ranger about the dos and don’ts during the trek. Depending on the season, the trek can take anywhere from two to eight hours. During the trek, you will be accompanied by park rangers who will help you identify the gorillas’ presence based on signs such as broken branches and dung.
