Our Retreats are offered to students at both beginner and advanced levels and are also highly beneficial to yoga teachers wishing to develop themselves and enhance their existing practice. Our retreats also encourage transformation and purification of body & mind as we have learned from our Gurus.
We will practice asana, meditation & breathwork in a safe, guided environment.
