  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or you will be provided a quote from Traveluxish.   

 A comprehensive packing list will be provided if you opt in 1day safari. Here's what you can expect to wear on safari while traveling from Zanzibar to mainland Tanzania. In addition to binoculars, here are some essential items you'll want to bring on safari. 

• Luggage: 75-90 Liter duffel or rolling duffel bag. No hard suitcases. Rolling duffel limited to one hard side, and 27 inches tall. 
• Neutral, Lightweight Layers: Wear breathable, neutral-colored clothing (khaki, beige) with long sleeves and pants for sun and insect protection. Avoid bright colors (they can attract unwanted attention from wildlife) and dark blues/black (which attract tsetse flies).
• Sturdy Footwear: Comfortable hiking boots for walking in muddy, and uneven terrain.
• Sun and Bug Protection: Bring a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent (preferably with DEET).
• Warm Layers and Rain Gear: Pack a light jacket for chilly mornings and evenings, and a rain jacket if traveling during the wet season

 Cancellation policy:

Your travel package is nonrefundable. If you have opted to purchase insurance, you must claim against your travel insurance should you need to cancel. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you can be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age, and state of residency. All cancellations must be in writing and may be sent through the portal.

In the event that Traveluxish needs to cancel the trip due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of travel insurance and convenience fees.
Covid-19 travel restrictions: It is the responsibility of the traveler to know the country's specific travel restrictions. Please review before booking and be sure to stay aware.

REFUNDS: You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Traveluxish Travel Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Traveluxish has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for your vacation.

Scheduled Air Packages and Land-only bookings: Applicable air/hotel/feature penalties.
Scheduled Air and land-only change fees apply to new travel date, destination, flight/airfare type/flight times, duration, class of service, departure city, change to lower-priced hotel, and complete name changes when allowed by hotel/airline.

IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

PAYMENTS: We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy, Wetravel) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit cards. FINAL PAYMENTS IS DUE July 10st, 2026. There is a late payment fee of $100 for payments made after the final payment date up to July 15th, 2026 without exceptions. If you are opting not to pay for your trip in full at the time of booking, the payment schedule must be followed, and payments must be paid on or before the due date. It is strongly suggested that you turn on AUTOPAY option. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Trips not paid in full by July 16th, 2026 will be canceled without refund.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN: Auto Payment Plan Option 

Enroll in our automatic billing plan and enjoy peace of mind knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll create an evenly divided payment schedule for you, and you’ll know in advance the exact day each month your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and subsequent payments will be charged automatically according to the schedule shown on your invoice. Automatic billing is provided at no additional cost.

Please note:  The first 4 payments are mandatory and non-negotiable. Automatic payments for these 4 installments will be drafted on the scheduled day of each month according to your payment plan. After the 4th payment, you will be automatically opted out of automatic billing if selected. Following the 4th payment, you may submit partial payments if needed; however, you remain responsible for making all payments on time each month.

Credit/Debit Card Chargeback Policy: If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issue that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud, nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.

Traveler's Responsibility:
You should familiarize yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health, and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands, or requirements of the countries visited or transited.

You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa, and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility, and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by the tour company on the client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.
You accept that you may be traveling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude, and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Traveluxish Travel Services or the tour company.
