Within the Peruvian territory is the world wonder of Machupicchu, in this program we give you the option of visiting this place in one day; an experience that many travelers have to do at least once in their life. 

Day 1:

CUSCO (3,400 METERS / 11,154 FEET) – LLACTA DE MACHUPICCHU (2,430 METERS / 7,972 FEET).

Today in the morning we will go to the Ollantaytambo station where we will board the train to Machupicchu town (2040 meters / 6692 feet), on this route we will enjoy a beautiful landscape, upon arrival we will board the bus that will take us to the Machu Picchu llacta . Listed as one of the seven wonders of the modern world since 2007 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

At the top of the mountain is the Lost City of the Incas which was built approximately in the middle of the XV century until the middle of the XVI century, without an evident reason it was abandoned and kept hidden from the eyes of the world to be rediscovered by a American explorer named Hiram Bingham at the beginning of the 20th century who was in charge of the diffusion and the beginning of the investigations that until today are a mystery to humanity.

After our guided tour, we will go down to the town of Aguas Calientes where we will have lunch and later we will board the return train to the city of Cusco.
