Awesome trip. The crew operating the boat and the guide were amazing. We felt we really got our money’s worth.

There are a lot of companies offering the 360 tour. We found that by booking in advance before we got to galapagos - we ended up paying more for the same tour. While we loved our boat driver and boat hand, they were NOT associated with Aquaventures. There are 10-15 boats going out every day, all the different tour companies fit your group on whichever boat has room for your party. We were on a boat with 3 other groups who booked through other businesses, and paid less than we did. Aquaventures had zero follow up after they took our money. Thankfully, I had the booking info on my phone and walked to the office, where I was told I needed to have my group show up the night before for wetsuit fittings. Had I not asked, we would have missed the whole tour with no refund. My advice? go on the 360 tour. Take your dramamine and scopolamine patch (that ocean is rougher than you can imagine, and you are trapped all day....), book when you get there for cheaper prices, and for sure tip your boat driver and the extra helpers individually. Our dive guide took the whole tip we gave him (thought it would be divyed up, but the jerk took the whole thing, left the boat crew with nothing). Dive guide John must have been hungover. He slept the whole day in between snorkel sites. Over all, we had a 25% puke rate, a hungover dive guide, no talk about what we were seeing or what to look for. Yes, we saw some fish, and plenty of turtles. But the water was rough with 16 foot swells. Not a good day to be on a small boat. Sorry to be negative, but aquaventures had absolutely nothing to do with us after they took our money.

A great experience from beginning to end. We were the only 2 snorkelers on a tour with several divers. However even though we didn’t dive we saw an incredible amount of wildlife. Immediately upon jumping in the water we were greeted by several Galapagos sharks. Our snorkel guide was great. He led us around and through the rock formation and we were able to spot more sharks, turtles, a playful sea lion, rays, even a Hammerhead! He was able to get some good footage and pictures of us with the animals on our GoPro. Lunch was filling and much better than expected and the second snorkel spot/beach was beautiful and remote. Had a great experience overall and highly recommend AquaVentures!

The scuba diving was the highlight of our trip and was everything we hoped for and more. The staff was also super amazing and made us feel safe and taken care of. The snacks and meal were wonderful and I would definitely go again. We saw so many sharks and other incredible animals.
