I’ve had the pleasure of diving aboard nearly every vessel in the Aggressor Fleet, with one or two exceptions. The Philippines Aggressor II is one of the fleet’s newest additions—and it truly sets a new standard. The boat is stately, modern, and beautifully designed. The main salon and dining area feature an open, airy layout with generous proportions, tasteful LED lighting, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. Both the deluxe and main deck cabins are exceptionally well appointed. Compared to other vessels in the fleet, the cabins are noticeably larger and offer abundant storage, including ample cabinets and drawers—an appreciated luxury on a liveaboard. From a diving and photography perspective, the dive deck is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, allowing for ease and efficiency even with a full complement of guests. The vessel itself is remarkably stable; even while underway, motion is barely perceptible, adding an extra layer of comfort throughout the journey. While the boat is superb, it is the crew that truly elevates the experience. They are hardworking, gracious, and genuinely joyful in their service. Each day is met with warmth and enthusiasm, and their dedication extends well beyond the cabins, cuisine, and common spaces. On the dive side, they attend to every detail—handling tanks on and off the tenders, assisting with gear, washing wetsuits, and ensuring guests can focus solely on the experience. All you need to do is back roll into the water and immerse yourself in the reef. During our cruise, we encountered a tropical storm that required us to shelter in a secluded bay for two days. Our cruise director, handled the situation with professionalism and creativity. He adjusted the itinerary to ensure we still reached key dive sites and even arranged an impromptu visit to a remote village and a memorable beachside dinner. Like the rest of the crew, he was personable, attentive, and deeply committed to delivering an exceptional and unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend the Philippines Aggressor II highly enough. Outstanding diving. A beautiful vessel. And a truly magnificent crew.

In spite of disappointing weather, this was a great trip. The Philippines Aggressor II is a nearly new, beautiful boat with the hardest working crew i've ever experienced. The one downside, and it's a big one in my opinion, is that the beds are horrible. It's like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a thin mattress cover. My back barely survived the trip. I'd gladly do a trip with them again, but I'd figure out how to take a foam mattress pad with me.

The Philippines Aggressor ll is a great boat, very comfortable. The crew was fantastic and when faced with issues beyond their control (i.e. weather) they adjusted and did everything within their control to find other suitable places to dive, including a return to Apo Island for 2 fantastic dives. From a diving standpoint the only thing I would change (and has been my experience on other liveaboards) was to have 4 "day dives" and an occasional night dive. There was a lot of down time between dives and reducing this down time would have easily accommodated 4 day dives. I would say (and several other folks said the same) that the food was a little disappointing.

I had a wonderful time. Loved the all in accommodations and not having to worry about money. Food was excellent. Combination of old and new friends was perfect. Travel went off without incident! Diving was easy, clear water, lots to see. Marc was a better guide in terms of finding critters. All in all a great trip!! Thank you Theresa and Marc!!

We had an amazing time! First time with the warm water group and the people weee amazing! So friendly and welcoming! The hotel I would only give 3-4 stars… they seemed overwhelmed by our group size. Meals were a little chaotic. The rooms needed updating and the balcony was unusable due to the AC unit blowing hot air in the partially enclosed balcony. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing right off the beach.
