- Shuttle to RetreatThere is one shuttle provided to & from the airport. Shuttle pick up at SJO Airport: 8/4/24 @ 12:30PM | Shuttle departs to SJO Airport: 8/10/24 @ 9:00AM.
- Shared AccomodationsAll rooms have a private bathroom, hot water, AC, ceiling fan, organic soap, shampoo, & conditioner. Doube occupancy & triple occupancy rooms.

What’s not included
- FLIGHTSFlights are not included. They must be purchased separate from your retreat ticket. We fly in & out of San Jose airport.
- Travel InsuranceTravel insurance is not required but it is recommended just in case of emergency. We have a travel agent that can assist you if you need referrals.
- Missed ShuttleIf you miss the shuttle, you will be responsible to pay for a private shuttle. The shuttle pick up time from San Jose Airport is 12:30PM on August 4th & the shuttle departs on Aug 10th 9AM

It sounds exaggerated to say that this trip was life-changing, but that's exactly what this experience was! A great mix of downtime, yoga, wellness, excursions, and the food was absolutely amazing! The instructors and staff worked incredibly hard to make this a fulfilling experience for all. I particularly want to shout-out the staff for paying particular attention to my food allergies to where I never felt left out or worried about any meals. I would love to do something like this again.

Had the most wonderful experience in Costa Rica! The retreat was very well organized and was a good mix of yoga, excursions and downtime. I learned so much about the practice of yoga and more about myself as well. Would love to do it again!

This was such a wonderful retreat! The offerings of spiritual well-being and self-care led by Denise, Darlynn and Markandeya was incredibly rejuvenating and healing. It was the perfect environment for new friendships to blossom and with a rich variety of yoga styles, breathwork, workshops and meditation not to mention the extraordinary food, made this an experience to remember for a very long time.

KELSEY MASSEY IS A RACIST - for someone that supposedly deals with energy and healing, she is UNWELL, AGGRESSIVE, completely demeaning to service workers and has absolutely no empathy for others. She became physically abusive out of nowhere, do not trust her as she is completely unpredictable and inappropriate.

A life changing, transformative experience that taught me to love unconditionally, to go deep within, heal my past traumas and connect with like minded people. I learned so much about myself and built a new sisterhood and family. Thank you Denise for pouring your love, energy and being intentional!
