Our journey as healers, birth workers, and womb wellness practitioners is deeply rooted in the medicines and traditions that have been passed down through generations in African, Caribbean, and Indigenous communities. These ceremonies and practices hold the essence of who we are, the stories of our ancestors, and the healing wisdom they entrusted to us.

In this Divine Birth and Ceremonial Practitioner training, we will immerse ourselves in the sacred medicines of Haitian Folk Medicine, the teachings of Ifa, Puerto Rican culture, and the powerful spiritual and folk healing that binds us to the earth and spirit. From spiritual root-work to ancestral veneration, herbal remedies, and ceremonial practices, this training is a reclamation of our sacred roles as keepers of life and nurturers of the soul.

Facilitating ceremonies for womb wellness, birth, and healing is more than a skill—it’s a responsibility. These rituals hold the power to heal the physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds carried by our communities. They reconnect us to our divine feminine energy, to our ancestors, and to the collective power we share as women and healers.

Together, we will honor the practices that have nourished us for centuries while expanding our understanding of how to walk this path with intention, humility, and grace. This is a sacred calling, and I am so honored to walk it with you. Let’s reclaim and embody the magic of our heritage—one ceremony, one prayer, and one act of healing at a time.

This initiation is designed for birth workers and womb healers who recognize the power of spirit in the sacred work of supporting families and communities. The training weekend will teach practical rituals and ceremonies for honoring the sacred feminine through the journey of birth, womb wellness and ancestral connection. It is for those who understand that true healing begins within and want to cultivate accountability, alignment, and ancestral wisdom to deepen their impact. 

This advanced training empowers birthworkers, womb practitioners, and spiritual healers to deepen their practice through ancestral wisdom, sacred rituals, and divine feminine healing. Facilitated by experienced spiritual leaders, the program combines teachings, hands-on ceremonies, and initiation rites to prepare students for transformative work in their communities.

Training Schedule

Friday

• A full day of manual teachings and spiritual foundations.
• Topics include getting to the root of birthwork, understanding the "why," reflective assignments, and spiritual hygiene for healers.

Saturday and Sunday

• Immersive hands-on rituals, traditions, and practices.
• Ceremonies include Blessingway, Rites of Passage, Menstrual Ceremonies, Fertility Rituals, and more.

Sunday Initiation Ceremony

• A sacred rite of passage for students. Family and friends are welcome to attend (limit: 2 guests per student).
• Students receive two blessings: a Womb Blessing (Asha) and an Ori Blessing (Janisa).

Lead Spirit

Ezrulie Freda leads the initiation, embodying luxury, femininity, and spiritual grace.

• Students will honor Freda with offerings for her altar and receive a gift bag with:
  • Small perfumes
  • Pink or baby blue scarves
  • Other Items

PREREQUISITES: 

• Must have taken In Grace Yoga Womb Practitioner Training- Womb Mastery: Nurturing and Transforming the Sacred Feminine OR
• Must have taken Full Spectrum Doula Training by Divine Hands Emulsion 
• Must be a Doula, Womb Worker or Woman interested in their own personal healing and incorporating spiritual practices and ceremonies into birth-work.

Homework Assignments

1. Birth Story Reflection: Write a short story on how your birth story influences your journey today.
2. Spiritual Matriarch Study: Research a matriarch in birthwork and connect with her story, herbs, and colors.
3. Offering for Erzulie Freda: Bring an offering for her altar (examples: jewelry, champagne, perfume, silk scarves, flowers, etc.).

These documents are essential to protect the sacred teachings, practices, and the privacy of the collective experience. Failure to complete and return these documents before the training may result in forfeiture of your spot without a refund.
