We understand that things can happen and plans can change. In the event you need to cancel the following schedule will apply: 

If trip is canceled more than 180 days before start date, amounts paid will be refunded minus the deposit amount. 

If trip is canceled more than 90 days before start date, 50% of amounts paid will be refunded minus deposit amount. 

If the trip is canceled within 90 days of the retreat start fees are not refundable.
