The 2023 Divorce Retreat is all about release! We are releasing any and everything that is holding us back from creating the life of our dreams! 

On this retreat, you will meet other divorced women,  definitively close the old chapter and revel in the creation of the new one.  Together, we will create safe space, listen to each other's stories, encourage one another, release....and have a little fun in between.

This is for divorced women who have gotten over the (sad) hump of the divorce journey and are moving on!

We are working with Lovgisitics Travel Company to plan a stress-free, seamless, nourishing experience.

The retreat will be held at a private villa. There will be no other guests but us. 

This villa is in one of the top rated area's of Tulum! Newly constructed, it offers 12 beautiful rooms with unparalleled design and comfort. Only a 3-minute drive into the town of Tulum (we'll get you to and from). There is an array of stores, restaurants, the Cenotes and beaches around the corner.

Please bring all the things you would for a regular all inclusive trip (ie comfortable clothes, swimwear, flip flops, toiletries, mosquito repellent, etc) 

Bring at least two swimsuits- there is a pool on the premises and we will visit a beach on Day2 and a cenote on Day3.

Also be sure to bring a semi-formal dress/outfit for our farewell dinner at a restaurant (dinner is included in the cost of the retreat).

A SPECIAL REQUEST:

For group pictures the following colors are requested:

- an all white outfit for a photo at the beach during the release ritual.

- neutral colored outfit for group photos at the villa (beige/cream, olive green, brown, blush pink, etc)

The weather in Tulum in February is mid-low 80s.

Deposit “Booking Fee”

“Booking Fee”a non-refundable $250 sum that is required to secure your booking.

Due to the limited availability and service charges, deposits are not refundable.

Guest Cancellations Policy (Cancellations made by the Guest)

If you need to cancel any retreat with Thanks Divorce, cancellation fees will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked with us, the following refund policy will apply:

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking

Once you have confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund, including deposit. After this period, the following conditions will apply:

120 days or more

A full refund minus 5% admin charge will be provided for all cancellations up to 120 days prior to the start day of the booked retreat. This excludes the $250 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 120 - 90 days

A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 90-119 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $250 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 60 - 90 days

A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $250 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Less than 60 days

No refund will be provided on cancellations between 59-0 days prior to the start date of the booked. Cancellations less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in 100 % loss of revenue.

No refund will be provided for premature leaving the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.

If paying via installments, the above conditions will apply based on the entire price of your booking and not just on any installments paid.

If paying via installments, due to administration an additional 5% will be charged on all stage payments.

All retreat payments are due 45-days prior to the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 45-day deadline, risk forfeiting their retreat booking.

Cancellations made by Thanks Divorce

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a retreat at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a retreat, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed retreat to within twenty four (24) months from its original start date. Booking fees paid by guests for a canceled or postponed retreat shall be applicable to the rescheduled retreat on a US Dollar (USD) for US Dollar basis only. 

Retreat venues, dates, and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Thanks Divorce reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each retreat or event without notice. 

If for any reason Thanks Divorce must cancel or change the Start Date of any retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time) to be used as credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to the Thanks Divorce/Janine Bell Inc, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat.

Thanks Divorce is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreats such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. If the retreat has to cancel for whatever reason we will inform you as soon as possible.
