From our first moments of mindful movement this morning to our sessions at the Oceanside Classroom, we are turning in. As we hike into the waterfalls, and sip from the fresh coconut, today we connect to our own tap root and reach deeply into the earth to provide our own necessary hydration and stability to nourish our growth and development.

Our Final Sacred Circle on the Upper Lanai

As our DocereVita 4Elements Adventure Healing Retreat is coming to a close, we observe the full circle and realize how far we have come. We have observed patterns that no longer serve us, we have made breakthroughs in awareness sparking change in behaviors we have outgrown.  

Our last morning together on the Upper Lanai offers the morning sunrise, sounds of the distant ocean, and the reminder that what you created for yourself over the last few days goes with you from this point forward. 

It is time to Spiral Up, so as we come together in our final session together we solidify our goals, confirm the next steps, and create a plan for accomplishing the Soul growth and personal development we most deeply desire.
