We spoke with Mr. Duman's family. Overall rating: excellent. Everything: all meetings, transfers, car for transfers and excursions, driver, guide - everything was excellent! 
There were some personal misunderstandings with the guide, but objectively, the guide has excellent knowledge, is interesting to talk to, and the Duman family recommends him. 
The only downside was the train. It was an absolutely unhygienic place. It's hard to imagine what happens on a regular train. We would recommend taking photos of the compartment and, definitely, the toilet, and showing  real photos of this train to customers. Yes, we chose this route ourselves. But we would not have been so disappointed if we had been shown the real picture of this train.
In any case, the overall impression of the country is wonderful. 
The Duman family and I personally thank you for organisation the trip. Special thanks to Onay for her patience and attention to detail.

As an older woman, traveling in a far away land like Egypt can be challenging and daunting.  Under the excellent guidance of High End Journeys I felt completely safe and wonderfully taken care of in every way. We couldn't be happier with this trip to Egypt!  Onay did a fantastic job, as did Eslam, Abeer, Nagwan and our drivers as well as the Archeologists who brought everything to life. We knew it would be the trip of a lifetime but it went way beyond that.  The attention to detail was amazing and everyone we met in Egypt was so friendly and truly wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be.  The itinerary was thoughtfully laid out, the hotels that were chosen for us top notch, the tours varied and incredible, the restaurants and the flexibility/personalization unbelievable (I'd love some pottery! Oh, there's a place coming up on the side of the road!  Look!  A camel!  Of course we can stop so you can take photos!).  We were so pampered we didn't want to come home. The country was amazing, beautiful, safe and so full of history. We started in Cairo, went to Al Fayoum, Aswan, Luxor and finished out the trip at the Red Sea in Hurghada; 13 days total.

Overall the trip was great. Lots of information. Accommodation at the FS Nile Plaza was comfortable. The accommodation, service, staff and food onboard the Historia was fantastic.
Guides were excellent. People are friendly. Group was great.

I would’ve enjoyed the trip more if it included a mix of experiences—not just temples. Things like sand surfing, pottery making, quad biking as examples. Also incorporating a visit to factory or shop specializing in Egyptian cotton or high-quality local goods would’ve added a fun and unique touch. Everyone loves to shop and especially if it's high-quality local products.

This trip was very well planned and executed. A trip to Egypt has been on my bucket list for some time and our experience was exactly what I hoped for. Our guide was a highlight of the experience and made the trip special. He not only has an incredible knowledge of the history and archeology of Egypt, but he was always patient, good natured, and a lot of fun. If you want the best tour experience, go with High End Journeys. They are based in Egypt, know the country, and have connections. As an example, our group had an after-hours visit to the King Tut treasures in the Egyptian Museum. We were the only group in the museum!

We had a great trip. Every detail was very thoroughly taken care of, from greeting us at the airport and getting us to our hotel, taking care of baggage, having very informative guides throughout the trip, great food (including snacks and water everywhere that we might need it), very informative outings and private tours of the Sphinx, after hours tour to I think the Egyptian Museum, and on and on.  Our guides were friendly, very informative and a wealth of knowledge of all things having to do with Egypt.  We thoroughly enjoyed out trip and can't say enough positive things.  

The trip was fantastic!  Everything was first class- hotels, meals, guides, private times in museums.  Everything was exceptional!

Airport pickup - rate a 2. After traveling for 24 hours and overnight pick up person was not with others. I looked for him for several minutes and finally found him late rushing in. A great way to start a private tour. 

Alaa - no attention to details and slow response on many things. We were taken to lunch where they had booked us for dinner. Minor issue but annoying. . And on my 2nd to last night I had a hotel issue about double booking. He never got back to me at all even after I inquired many times and the handlers told me he was working on it. One Flight was booked in business then downgraded without any communication. Again not a big deal except for no communication.  No follow up asking how our trip was.  We were booked at a hotel 45 minutes from Aswan then dropped off 2 hours before a dinner reservation that was 45 minutes back plus a 20 minute boat ride from the Nubian islands we just visited.  Can't recommend.

Egypt is filled with history, mystery and wonder. High End Journeys not only made this trip memorable, but also effortless. They handled everything from our luxury accommodations, transportation, guides, etc. From the moment we landed Cairo, all was handled for us. We had expert airport representatives at each airport to walk us through everything. We were like VIPs everywhere we went. Our Egyptologist Ramy, greeted us every morning and walked us through all the details and back stories of each site. What an adventure. And we also got to see the current day Egypt and its culture. Very eye-opening. Our trip included the entire  length of the Nile in Egypt, from Abu Simbel temples in the South to the Roman catacombs in Alexandria in the North. We touched the Pyramids in Giza, descended the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, cruised down the Nile, rode camels, sailed on a Felucca and even  visited a Nubian family and toured their village. A trip of a lifetime.

Small communication glitch the last day regarding the final pick up, but other than that excellent service.
