I have travelled to Morocco, Turkey, India, Uzbekistan and New York to take classes with Adam. The courses provide a unique way to explore an art form. I enjoy the meditative hours drawing and seeing the patterns in the architecture of the sites we visit. I had never studied patterns before my first class, and the lessons consistently challenge me while still being accessible to someone picking up a compass for the first time. The schedule is conducive to relaxing, and Adam has a special talent for procuring a delicious cup of tea or coffee when the hour calls for it. The other participants on each trip have been lovely! I am a solo traveler, and I have felt welcome and included on each trip. I have seen cities in ways not possible on other trips. I’ve already signed up for my next class!

I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to take two of Adam's classes — marquetry and plaster carving — at his London studio in Bow, and I enjoyed them both equally. Adam is a brilliant teacher — patient, highly skilled, and excellent at explaining everything clearly. I left feeling like I’d learned a lot in a short space of time and gained real confidence from the experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend his courses. 🙏🏼

Last year I went to a workshop in New Mexico organize by Adam and his team. It’s was one of most amazing and transformative event in long term I have. I am mathematician and educator and wanted to learn more about Islamic Geometric Pattern from expert. Not my need only meet but also the environment to create was super health and helpful to everyone to have sense of belonging and flourishing. I am looking to join other event by them again a learn more from Islamic geometric Pattern from expert.
