• Future payments will be charged according to the schedule you select (monthly or paid in full).
• Be sure to indicate which occupancy and payment option you prefer so that the monthly invoice can be billed accurately.
• After the deposit, you will receive an invoice that indicates the amount of the monthly payment that will be automatically drafted from your account. This allows you to relax knowing that your future payments will be made without having to remember anything.
• Monthly payments will be auto drafted on the same day each month until July 2023.
• All credit card transactions will incur a 2.9%-3.9% processing fee.

Traveling Alone?

Of course, single occupancy is an option if you really just want to splurge on your peace and solitude for this trip. However, we want you to be able to take this trip and don't want the price difference of traveling alone to prohibit you taking advantage of this trip.  To help, we are offering roommate matching which will pair you with a suitable roommate at no additional cost.

When making your reservation, please select "double occupancy" and when asked for your roommate's name enter "request roommate match".  Roommates will not be matched until after you have paid 75% of the trip package cost.  Prior to departing, you will receive the contact information of your roommate, giving each of you the opportunity to get properly acquainted.

Bring a Friend

For every traveler that you refer that books this trip with you, you will each receive a $25 discount on the total cost of your trip. (Be sure they list your name in the "Referred by" section when booking.)

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer (that includes husbands and besties) or the amount of your referral discount. The discount will be applied to the final balance payment.

Travel Insurance 

CLIFF NOTES: Don't get caught without it!

Of course we all want to believe nothing will go wrong between now and the date of your trip. However, most of us are seasoned enough with this thing called life by now to know that IF something does go wrong, it's always better to be prepared than pressed.

I highly recommend travel insurance for a trip such as this.  

Dream in Color Travel can provide the resources you need to research a policy that will be most suitable to your needs to include a policy as essential as just medical emergency coverage to a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR), the Rolls Royce of insurance policies. Of course the pricing for everything between those classes can vary widely. However, none will cost more than the devastation of losing all funds paid into this trip. 

• For the initial deposit, $200 is fully refundable for 10 days after it has been collected ($100 is non-refundable). This gives you time to check in with your travel buddies to make sure they secure their spots as well...and then decide to travel solo if they do not!
• Each monthly payment becomes non-refundable 10 days after the auto draft date for that payment.
• The final payment is non-refundable upon its due date. If there is any outstanding balance after the final payment due date, a late fee will automatically be applied.
• Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date it is requested to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
• In the event we are not able to visit our main desired destination for any reason, this trip will be postponed to a later date(s). If you are unable to join the new dates, we will make every effort to transfer the paid balance to another Dream in Color Travel trip.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport. Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee until the final payment date.  If you need to make changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all vendor imposed name change fees, if applicable. 
• All payments to Dream in Color Travel  are non-refundable and non-transferable after the periods indicated in the Refund Policy. This is because we commit to contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors to create this trip itinerary and to keep our package prices low. These relationships allow us to make it more affordable with low monthly payments on your vacation.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
• Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
• Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
• Travel insurance with a minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage is REQUIRED to join this trip. The policy must cover all applicable dates of the full itinerary (including travel days)  and this insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. It is strongly recommended and encouraged that Clients also extend their coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the Client. The cost for travel insurance is not included in the trip package.  Be sure to buy a travel protection policy that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  Proof of the minimum travel insurance coverage must be provided no less than 60 days prior to travel. • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note the date that your payment will be auto billed.
• All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of the price quote. In the event that the US dollar devalues, the trip host reserves the right to increase the prices accordingly and the final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency fluctuations.
• Until booked, prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to protect against price changes.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments to avoid having to change roommates or be matched with someone else.
• Once confirmed booked, you will be able to login to our Client Portal to view your account and itinerary details at any time.
• All late payment requests must be approved in writing (via email) at least 7 days before the payment is scheduled to auto bill. A late payment penalty of $50  will be accessed for each approved late payment. 
• After 2 missed or late payments, you will be dropped from the group until all payments are caught up. This could cause you to lose your roommate or, if the trip is sold out, your spot in the group. If your booking has been cancelled due to missed or late payments, you will have 5 days to notify us that you want to reinstate your reservation and all payments must be cause up within 10 days after that notice. A booking reinstatement fee of $200 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in additional to late balance before reconfirmation.
