About this trip
Have you dreamed of being on the side of a snowy mountain during MLK Weekend? Well how’s your chance. The Dream Team is bring an exciting weekend to CT residents. Join us in Jay, Vermont from Friday, January 14th until Sunday, January 16th. And for those looking for an extra long weekend getaway, you can add an extra day to extend your trip until Monday, January 17th.
Due to high demand and Jay Peak Ski Resort, we have a limited amount of rooms and cottages available. All package prices are based on one person staying in the accommodation. Most of the accommodations can host additional people. Each package includes access to the water park during normal water park hours.
Not included in the above prices is food, ski lift tickets (because we know most of y’all aren’t actually skiing), transportation or night time activities. We will be offering a party package which will include night time activities and more.
To secure your accommodations, 50% deposit is due by November 14th. The final 50% payment will be due on December 15th. Children and young adults are welcomed to attend.

Available Packages
Studios and suites are equipped with kitchenettes or kitchens, Wi-Fi, HD flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, free guest lockers, and big views of the mountain and valleys, walking distance to our Aerial Tram and Tramside lifts. King rooms do not have a kitchen or kitchenette. Oh and downstairs? The Pump House, our 60,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark awaits, along with the Foundry Pub and Grille, Elevation 1851' Family Arcade, Buddy's Mug Coffee Shop, and Mountain Dick's Pizzeria. We've even managed to replicate the old Hotel Jay Family Room where you can stretch your legs, watch some TV and review the day.Hotel Jay is home to:

The Tram Haus Lodge offers a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites all appointed with locally made fixtures, kitchenettes or full kitchens, air conditioning, fireplace, flat screen HD televisions, WiFi, free guest lockers, valley or mountain views and walking distance to our Aerial Tram, and Tramside lifts. You’ll also have easy access to Alice’s Table Restaurant, The Tower Bar, Aroma Café and Taiga Spa-just downstairs.
There's no two ways about it: The Tram Haus Lodge is all Jay. From the locally crafted materials to the feeling you get when you walk through the porte cochere, there's no other way to describe it. It's been designed to be part of the mountain, but also created so the mountain is a part of it. The Golf & Mountain Cottages sit on what locals refer to as the Shortcut road, along the first hole of our Championship Golf Course and a short walk from the Tramside base lifts and the Pump House Indoor Waterpark. The Timberline Cottages are identical to Golf & Mountain but aren't located along the golf course. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning.
These stylish multi-level units are beautifully appointed and outfitted with everything you need for an easy, comfortable ski, golf, or waterpark vacation. All Cottages are available in 1- and 2-bedroom configurations, with full kitchens and full-size washers and dryers. Bedding options including Queen and split King, a good option for families. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning.
These units can accommodate up to four people comfortably.

This must be added for each additional person in the unit. Then guests need to add on "Additional Adult". If guest are staying Sunday night, you need to ensure that you add on the accompany "Sunday Night" plus "Sunday Night Extra Person".
