🏠 Accommodation

There are two room options:

Double Occupancy -   sharing a room with a travel partner or companion. If you’re travelling with a friend, let us know so we can pair you together.   

Single Occupancy -  Queen-Size rooms for travellers who want that little bit more privacy!

For safety reasons we will only release the full details of the hotel to confirmed trip participants

✈️Just a quick heads-up: flights are booked separately to allow travellers flexibility with airlines, baggage options and departure airports. Recommended flights and booking guidance will be provided to ensure smooth group coordination.

For those departing from London to Trinidad and Tobago(POS - Piarco International Airport), aim to arrive on Friday 19 March. We suggest booking a flight that lands between 17:30 and 19:00, to ensure you arrive in time for the complimentary group transfer.

Drift with Dami is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, canceled or missed flights, or any deaths.

🚫 Cancellations & Changes

• We understand that plans can change, so please review the following cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure accommodation, transport, activities, and other trip-related reservations made in advance.

Instalment Payments

• Guests are welcome to pay the remaining balance in flexible monthly installments.

• All remaining balances must be fully paid no longer than 30 days before departure.

• Failure to complete payment by the final due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of previous payments made.

Guest Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before departure

• Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus any unrecoverable supplier costs already committed.

60 - 90 days before departure

• Partial refunds may be issued dependant on recoverable accommodation, transport and activity costs

Less than 60 days before departure

• Payments are non-refundable due to supplier commitments and pre-booked group arrangements.

• However, if a replacement traveller is found for your space, we will do our best to recover eligible costs where possible.

Trip Changes or Cancellation

• In the rare circumstances, itinerary adjustments may be necessary due to weather conditions, supplier availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.

• If the trip is cancelled by the organiser, guests will receive a refund of payments made minus any unrecoverable costs already paid to third-party suppliers.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, missed flights, and personal belongings

Explore vibrant streets, savour exquisite cuisine, and take in stunning landscapes. From sunset catamaran cruises in St Lucia or scenic hikes to in Ella to see the infamous Nine Arches Bridge to Hi-Tea nights in Ranthambore. This experience blends adventure, culture, and relaxation seamlessly.

Are flights included? 

✈️ Flights are NOT included. You’ll need to book your own flights to all destinations.

I'll be sending out a detailed email with recommendation of flights to be booked from London and flights that NEED to be booked to Barbados and St Lucia.

Flight prices fluxuate constantly, so do buy them as soon as possible.

Will I be sharing a room? 

🛌 We have options for Double Occupancy (for couples or those who do not mind sharing), and Single Occupancy (solo).

Do I need a visa? 

📄 Visa requirements will depend on your nationality, please make sure you double check this as this will be your responsibility prior to the trip start date.

😪 Totally! Our itinerary is action-packed with jaw-dropping experiences, but don’t worry — there’s plenty of chill time too! Relax, explore solo, or soak up the vibes of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and St Lucia at your own pace. Balance is key, right?  

How many people will be on the trip?

👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾 Just a cozy crew of up to 10 adventurers + your fabulous guide, Dami! She’s a travel junkie dedicated to making this journey smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Think of it as traveling with your new best friends!  

What if I need to cancel?

Do I need travel insurance?

🚨 Yep! We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Make sure your policy covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any daring adventures you’re planning. Better safe than sorry, right?

Terms and Conditions for Drift with Dami Travel Experiences

Welcome to Drift with Dami! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in travel group trips organized by Drift with Dami Travel Consultancy ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Payments & Pricing

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

- Payments must be made via debit or credit card through the WeTravel platform.

-Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus any unrecoverable supplier costs already committed.

- More than 90 days before departure - Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus any unrecoverable supplier costs already committed.

-90 - 60 days before departure - Partial refunds may be issued dependant on recoverable accommodation, transport and activity costs

-Less than 60 days before departure - Payments are non-refundable due to supplier commitments and pre-booked group arrangements.

2. Cancellations & Changes

- Cancellations by participants will not be eligible for refunds beyond the terms above.

- Drift with Dami reserves the right to reschedule trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster). Rescheduled trips are at our sole discretion.

- If we cancel a trip, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued, excluding unrecoverable costs such as supplier deposits or other direct expenses we incur.

3. Travel Insurance & Documentation

- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

- Insurance must cover medical emergencies, repatriation, trip cancellations/delays, theft, and activities involved.

- Participants are responsible for understanding their policy coverage and exclusions.

- Participants must be fit for travel physically, mentally, and medically. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or health issues during the trip.

4. Expenses & Participant Conduct

The following expenses are not included:

- Flights

- Travel insurance

- Passports, visas, and related fees

- Excess baggage, tips, personal expenses, medical costs, COVID-related expenses, taxes, and additional activities not included in the itinerary

- We are not responsible for third-party service costs or penalties.

- We reserve the right to remove any traveler disrupting the group or violating laws or guidelines without refund.

5. Payment Responsibilities

- Ensure your payment method is valid and funds are available.

- You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or processing fees.

- Failed payments will result in a 48-hour window to update details; after two failures, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

6. Liability & Responsibility

- We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by third parties or force majeure events.

- Participants assume full responsibility for their safety, belongings, and travel arrangements outside the itinerary.

- We are not liable for incidents beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions.

7. Unused Services & Early Departures

- No refunds are provided for unused portions once the trip has started.

- Early departures, late arrivals, or missed activities are non-refundable.

- If unforeseen events prevent the trip from starting, we will attempt to reschedule, but the standard cancellation policy applies if you choose to cancel.

8. Trip Modifications & Flexibility

- We may cancel, alter, or modify trips without notice for safety or logistical reasons.

- Changes may include rescheduling, changing accommodations, altering the itinerary, or replacing activities.

- We will inform travelers of significant changes and provide alternatives where possible.

- Decisions regarding modifications are final.

9. Traveller Responsibilities & Documentation

- Ensure your passport, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents are valid, current, and in your possession.

- Check entry requirements well in advance.

- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to documentation issues.

- Additional costs for resolving documentation problems are your responsibility.

10. Content Creation & Media Rights

- You retain ownership of content you create during the trip.

- All media captured by Drift with Dami may be used for marketing and promotional purposes worldwide.

- You grant us the right to use, edit, and distribute such media without further approval or compensation.

- You waive claims related to the use of your likeness in promotional materials.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

- Travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own risk.

- We are not liable for theft, loss, injury, or damages during the trip.

- Participants are responsible for their safety and belongings.

- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

12. Drug & Alcohol Policy

- Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited during trips.

- Responsible alcohol consumption is encouraged.

- We reserve the right to remove participants engaging in illegal drug use or behavior that jeopardises safety.

13. Indemnity

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drift with Dami and affiliates from claims arising from your participation, misconduct, or violations of these Terms.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

- We collect personal information solely for booking and trip management.

- We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary for trip logistics.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- Disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiation, then mediation, and finally arbitration if needed.

- Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Updates to Terms

- We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be available upon request.

- Booking indicates your acceptance of current Terms.

By booking a trip with Drift with Dami, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
