The UAE government requires all passengers travelling to the UAE to have the following:

Travelers to Dubai who are fully vaccinated must present an approved COVID-19 vaccination certificate that contains a QR code. Unvaccinated travelers must present a negative result for a PCR test taken within 48 hours, or a certificate of recovery from COVID-19 that contains a QR code. 

A $375.00 deposit will be due to lock in your package.  All subsequent payments will be on a payment schedule until the final balance due date of August 25, 2023

Please note there is a 4% processing fee for each transaction made via credit/debit card. There is a 1% processing fee for each transaction made via bank account.

Triple, Double & Single Occupancy Rates

I understand that if the number of guests in a room is reduced at any time a new rate will apply for the remaining passengers on the booking.

Adult only Event

I understand that this event is for adults 18 and older.

Deposit

I understand that only a deposit will lock in the price of my trip.  

I understand that inventory and pricing are subject to change until my deposit has been made and confirmed.

I understand that guests in the same room must be deposit ready at the same time.

Payment Plan Schedule

I agree to make payments as laid out by the payment plan schedule.  I understand that I may increase the amount paid per month but may not decrease the amount paid. 

I understand that this is necessary to ensure my trip is paid in full by the final payment due date.  

I understand that a $10 late fee will be assessed for my booking for each late monthly payment without proper notice.  

If my payment for any particular month may be a few days late, I will let the planners know immediately.   

We (MTH, BLMT, BLG) reserve the right to cancel any booking with more than two months of missed payments without proper notice to the travel agents with no refund. 

I understand final payment on my package is due no later than August 25, 2023.

Flights

I understand that Flights are not included in the purchase of this trip.  I agree to provide flight schedules to MTH, BLMT & BLG no later than October 1, 2023.

Travel Insurance

I understand that this trip is non-refundable.   

I understand that the purchase of travel insurance is required for my trip. 

I understand that MTH, BLMT & BLG are not liable for reimbursement due to the purchase of the incorrect policy. 

I understand that travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking.

Passport

I understand a passport with 6 months post travel validity is required for this trip.

I understand that the name on my passport must match my travel documents EXACTLY.  

A valid Passport must be uploaded at the time of booking.  If you do not have a passport at the time of booking a valid ID must be uploaded as a placeholder until a valid Passport is available. 

We (MTH, BLMT, BLG) are not liable for incorrect names on travel documents due to improper id provided.

Criminal History

Guests with prior criminal infractions are responsible for ensuring they are not restricted from entering the country of visitation.   

We (MTH, BLMT, BLG) are not liable for any loss in funds due to denied boarding or entry into the country of visitation.

Culture and customs

Guests are expected to educate themselves and be respectful of the culture, customs, and laws of the country of visitation. 

We (MTH, BLMT, BLG) are not liable for any detainment or punishment due to breaking any laws or customs of the destination.
