Cancellation Policy
- We HIGHLY RECOMMEND all travelers purchase travel insurance if they have to cancel their vacation for any reason. We will assist with providing you with the necessary documents to file a claim with your travel insurance provider. Please send cancellation request in writing to info@ueatravel.com
- If you decline the purchase of travel insurance and find you need to cancel your trip, as a one-time courtesy we will send an email and post on all our social media platforms to UEA members to see if anyone would be interested in taking your place. It is ultimately your responsibility to find a replacement and collect repayment from them. We can not accept replacement 45 days before departure or after an airline ticket has been issued
