In these first few days we will dine on a Nile river cruise, tour the Great Pyramids of Giza, attend the new Egyptian museum, vibe with the locals at the Cairo night market and more! 

Day 2:

Day 3:

Great Pyramids of Giza tour including the Sphinx and an optional Camel ride out into the surrounding desert for a beautiful view of this Great Wonder of the World

Lunch and Integration Meditation 

Tour Saqqara, and the ancient capital city of Memphis

Day 4:

Visit the brand new Egyptian Museum - opened this year! 

Tour and Lunch in Old Cairo 

Transfer to the Cairo Night Market where we will browse the beautiful market goods and chat with the locals! 

Dinner in Cairo 

Back to the hotel to pack for Aswan 

After flying to Aswan we will cruise the Nile on a traditional Felucca. Today we share a wisdom talk that explains upper Egypt and the mysterious connection between our physical bodies and the sacred sites of Egypt. 

The following day we have the opportunity to spend a whole day at the root chakra of upper Egypt, Abu Simbel, where we will see the great temples of King Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari

Day 5:

Today we embark on a Nile River Cruise that will take us on a four-day journey through Upper Egypt. 

Philae, Edfu, Kokomo, Luxor, Karnac... Isis, Horus and Sehkmet activations... the Living outdoor museum that is Egypt awaits us.

Day 7: 

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Isis Activation at the Sacral Chakra of Egypt, Philae Temple  - not only will we visit and learn the history of this temple, we will have a guided activation meditation on site to invoke and channel the energies of Isis -Goddess of Creation and Magic. 

Lunch and cruise to Komombo 

Visit Komombo Temple -  the unusual double-built temple dedicated to the Falcon god "Haroeris",  and the crocodile god "Sobek" - This temple initiates those who wish to clear their fear and embody their true power.

Day 8:

Sun Salutations and Meditation

Visit the Solar Plexus Chakra of Egypt, Edfu - flanked by beautiful granite statues of the falcon god Horus, this is one of the the most complete and well-preserved temples in Egypt. The reliefs that cover the walls, columns, and doorways of the temple constitute an extremely important source of information about ancient Egyptian religious and political thought. We will have a guided activation meditation on site to invoke and channel the energies of Horus

Day 9:

Hatha Yoga and Meditation

Luxor I  - West Bank Tombs

Visit Valley of the Kings, where we will see the well preserved tombs of Ramses II and the child King Tut Ankh Amon amongst many others. The West Bank of the Nile in Luxor is famous for being the location where pharaohs were preserved and immortalised in their tombs - This canyon valley is stunning in both archeological sites but also in its energy vibration.

The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut - The "holiest of holies" according to the Egyptians - Queen Hatshepsut was the only female pharaoh to be commemorated upon her death in the famous west bank.  The architecture of this structure is one of the best in Luxor.

Luxor II - Heart Chakra of Egypt - East Bank Temples 

Once connected by an avenue lined with Sphinxes, the Temple of Luxor and Karnak Temple are sure to be a highlight of our journey. 

The grand temple of Luxor, which was not only a home for religious worship in the New Kingdom but was also a place of worship by Coptic Christians and later, Muslims - Is known as the Heart Chakra of Egypt

Karnak Temple, the most influential religious temple in the New Kingdom of Egypt, is known as the High Heart Chakra of Egypt and the home to Sehkmet,  the Egyptian sun goddess of war. She was depicted in human form with the head of a lioness and crowned by the Solar disk and Uraeus. Sehkmet was known as "The Powerful One" and said to breathe fire at the enemies of the pharaoh. 

We will have a purification ritual and guided activation meditation on site to invoke and channel the memories of Karnac and the powerful energies of Sehkmet. 

Transfer to Hotel in Luxor 

Dinner 

Guided Self Massage and Reflections Circle 

This day marks our journey to the Throat Center of Egypt - Denderah, a very well-preserved temple dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of maternity, love, and music.  Abydos an ancient city dedicated to ritual arts is also included in this day tour 

Drive to Denderah

Visit the temple of Denderah... we will have a guided activation meditation and sound healing experience on site to invoke and channel the energies of Hathor 

Lunch and Qigong Practice 

Visit the city of Abydos, a center for the Osiris and Isis cult, is still considered one of the oldest cities in the world.  We will sit in meditation here to receive memories, thoughts, sensations and any information that lives here at the heart centre of Egypt

Dinner 

Board the sleeping train to Cairo 

Our epic journey reaches an apex today as we honor the Sun and Moon in their primal essence at the Third Eye Chakra of Egypt - The Great Pyramids of Giza

Private tour of Abu Gurab - a 5th dynasty Sun temple dedicated to the god Horus. This is a tour only for our group as the temple complex of Abu Sir is very restricted to the public and requires special permissions.

Dinner 

Somatic Movement Session 

Visit to the the King's Chamber within the Great Pyramids after visiting hours to celebrate the New Moon and our Initiation into the Egyptian Mysteries. Again, our group will be the only group allowed in the inner temple at that time. We will honor the New Moon with sounding and sacred ceremony before heading out to behold the stars in-between the paws of the Sphinx.

Today will be a day of meditation, reflection and closing exercises to begin your process of integration.
