The space

This apartment is configured like a town home with 2 floors. The main floor housing the master bedroom and master bath, the 2nd bedroom and guest bath and kitchen, dining room and game room. The upper level is laid out as an open loft with one enclosed 3rd bedroom, a living room/entertainment area, an additional seating area, as well as a office space.

You will find the whole space is artistically crafted with sustainability in mind as all the 100 year old wood accent walls and kitchen bar tops are recycled materials that were harvested from the building when it was being renovated. This Tudor architectural style building, rarely found in Los Angeles, was built in 1916 and has been creatively re-imagined to enhance your travel experience.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire 3 bedroom 3 bath unit complete with living and dining room, full kitchen and game room within the unit. Also guests can enjoy the private front porch and the private deck off the master bedroom.

This stylish contemporary home is newly remodeled and loaded with amenities. It's very close the freeway and only minutes away from DTLA, Hollywood, Chinatown, Alhambra & USC. A short drive will take you to hip Echo Park, Silver Lake & the Art District. Wind down the day at home in the open space appointed with modern comfy furniture and beds. Or relax and dine California-style in the private back patio.

The space

This stylish modern home has an open floor plan with comfortable high-end furniture. It's newly renovated and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, and many of the basic things you would find in your own kitchen so you can cook a meal.

For your convenience, the home comes with fast ✔WiFi and smart devices including Amazon Alexa, Nest, and a smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO. The smart lock on the front door makes it easy for you to check into the property.

There are board games and Video games to keep the family and children entertained while at home.

The living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The sofa converts into a sleeper and is available to groups with more than 6 people.

The master bedroom has a new king size bed and a walk-in closet. It has its own gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a new queen size bed and a closet.

The third bedroom features a twin bed with a trundle (pull-out) twin bed and a closet.

There's a bathroom in the hall that's accessible to all guests. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The one-car garage and driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars comfortably. The city doesn’t allow street parking in this area.

If you decide to stay longer, feel free to use the washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Other things to note

There’s no street parking from 6pm-8am. 2 hour parking limit from 8am-6pm. Please look for the street signs to confirm. There is free parking on the property. We can accommodate 2 cars comfortably. One in the garage and one in the driveway. Garage clicker will be in the house. (Please note: to make parking easier, we've put a ramp on the driveway because there's a dip between the road and the driveway. It’s best to approach it at almost 90° by taking a sharp turn into it.
