Meet Your Teachers
Ieva's yoga teaching style is steady, precise & playful with a talent for deep relaxation. She is currently working towards her 1000hr international Yoga Therapist Certification through Kripalu. An avid traveler, her first training was in India and she has held yoga retreats around the world. She is also a surfer, a sommelier & loves food & wine.
Sarah Faye is a full time teacher and studio manager. Her yoga teaching style emerges from over a decade of experience and vinyasa training, with a gentle yet challenging invitation to strengthen the body and the mind. She has been studying mindfulness at Lesley University for the last 2 years and will graduate with her master’s degree this December.
Cancelation Policy and Travel Details
Full payment is required to reserve your spot by September 27th. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your payment less the non-refundable €500 deposit. No refunds will be issued 30 days prior to the retreat. Any payments kept will be issued a credit for a future retreat with ieva less a €500 administrative fee. If this retreat should need to be postponed or cancelled due to pandemic or other unforeseeable circumstances you may receive a refund less the €500 non-refundable deposit or stay enrolled for the future date when offered. If this retreat is cancelled by the host you will receive a 100% refund.
For travel to Italy you will need a valid passport, valid for at least three more months after your planned departure and issued within the last 10 years. There are no visa requirements for stays under 90 days. As of January 2023, Italy does not require any proof of vaccination, a negative test result, or a COVID-19 recovery certificate to enter the country, regardless of your vaccination status. The purchase of travel insurance is recommended for this trip, most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. We recommend: Allianz Global Assistance.
Group Transport is provided on 10/27 from the city of Florence to our villa at 3pm and back to the city of Florence or the airport on 11/3. We will provide space to store luggage if you arrive early.
Shared and single accommodations are available in our gorgeously restored 14th century villa. Here rustic charm & natural beauty meet modern comfort.
At our villa enjoy delicious, vegetarian meals often made from home grown produce. Foraging for local chicories, chestnuts & chanterelles is also a possibility. Mangia, mangia!

Visit one of Tuscany's premier wineries. Tour the vineyards and learn first hand about the production of wine. Watch it all culminate in your glass for a wine tasting that is truly a taste of place.
You will be transported to a nearby historic city & given time to explore, shop, site-see & enjoy lunch on your own.

You are responsible for booking & paying for your airfare to & from Florence
From the Florence airport, you will be responsible for traveling to our meeting spot in Florence’s center. Taxis are easy to catch outside baggage claim and cost around €25.
Massages, radionic therapy with Nirdosh, bike rentals, and excursions to nearby cities are available to book for additional fees.
We will spend an afternoon exploring a nearby historic city. You will be given time to wander, shop, site see and are responsible for your lunch be it a fine restaurant or a pizza stall!
