Boutique Hotel Stay
7 days and 6 nights at a boutique hotel on a private hillside, offering spectacular ocean views and the surrounding islands. Enjoy the intimate and calm environment in a comfortable villa.
3 Meals Most Day
3 delicious nutrient-rich meals, suitable for any diet, most days (dinner on day 1 and breakfast on final day). 2 lunches and 1 dinner will need to be purchased on your own.
Airport Transportation
Participants will be picked up from the airport on the first day of the retreat and returned to the airport on the last day of the retreat.
Expert Concierge
We will assist you every step of the way from finding the best, most affordable flights to adding additional excursions to your trip.
Daily Yoga
Yoga sessions will be held most days in a large, open air yoga studio with expansive views in a warm tropical setting, comfortably nestled along the eastern coast of Bali.
ATV Zipline Tour
Explore the lush jungle around Phuket on an ATV before flying through the treetops on a zipline.
Cultural Immersion
Full immersion in traditional Thai arts and culture.
Beach Trip
A great place to wander through cafes, shops, restaurants, and also enjoy a huge white sand beach with all types of watersports available for an additional cost.
Island Hopping Tour
Visit the Phi Phi Islands including Maya Bay and Khai island by speedboat.

Unfortunately, our packages do not include airfare. We will assist you with finding the best flight for the best price.

You can add on additional excursions such as horse back riding on the beach, Surf Lessons, SUP, Kayaking, Jet Ski's, Reiki Sessions, bicycles, & SUP Yoga for an additional cost.

Meet Raschel, an outspoken San Diego yogi from Encinitas. Married with two boys and 4 dogs, she discovered yoga in the '90s. A car accident in 2012 led her to intensive Hatha Yoga training, igniting her passion for teaching. Certified with 500hr E-RYT from Roots and Wings Yoga, she explores diverse styles, including Ashtanga with Tim Miller. Beyond yoga, Raschel is a certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and essential oil advocate. Currently pursuing C-IAYT certification in Yoga Therapy, she blends ancient and modern healing practices.
