Come to Morocco where ancient mysticism meets the untouched natural world. Revitalize your body, mind and spirit on the deepest levels with intentional yoga and meditation. Restorative and yin practices provide a complete nervous system reset. Free your spirit in the waves with world class surf breaks. The benefits of experiencing new smells, sights, people and removing yourself from the patterns of everyday life become obvious when you arrive in the desert. The beautiful setting and adventures offer an incredible bonding experience. This is an opportunity to grow your awareness, release old stories and shift your perspective. You deserve this!
We will be staying in the picturesque fishing village of Imsouane. In Berber the name translates to “the drinking mouth,” the bay drinking in the swell from the Atlantic Ocean. It is home to the longest wave in Africa and is surrounded by surf spots for all levels. The bay is great for beginners and improving your long boarding skills. A short walk to the north of town is Cathedrals, a powerful point and beach break suitable for intermediate surfers. The world famous Anchor Point is within driving distance as are many other popular and untouched spots.
Together we will take a day trip to the Medina in Essaouira, an Unesco World Heritage site. This beautiful walled city boasts stunning architecture, vibrant art, music, rugs, crafts, a fish market, cafes & restaurants. You may want to leave room in your suitcase to bring back some treasures or buy a leather duffel while you’re there! Shop for rugs, enjoy an ice cream cone, ride a camel or find a cafe, kick back and relax.
The weather in March will be warm in the day and crisp at night. If we are lucky, we will catch the desert bloom as the desert comes to life with poppies and wild flowers of all colors. Wake up to the ocean and go to bed under the stars. Connect with twice daily yoga classes, lounge by the pool, explore nearby ruins, enjoy spectacular views on a hike or take a surf lesson. The ocean and the mountains that surround the village give this place a unique energy. As you sink into the slow pace of life, you will feel the outside world melt away with every wave. Time passes differently here.

My approach is deeply based on the concept that I am not a healer, rather a space holder and that through doing my own work and healing my own soul, I provide a space for you to do your work and heal yourself.
