Take your flight to Costa Rica. Check into the hotel, get settled, and meet and mingle at the main pool in any attire.

After dinner, meet us at the Ballroom next to the Overtime Sports Bar for our Welcome to Costa Rica Social. 

Welcome to Costa Rica Social

Time: 7pm to 10pm

Attire: All-Orange (women) and All-Black (men) summer attire

Location: Ballroom

Enjoy your free day or join us for an optional private catamaran cruise in your All-Black swimwear (for those who have booked the excursion.  

Catamaran Cruise

Time: 1:30pm to 5:50pm

Attire: All-Black swimwear

Pick Up: On the beach behind the resort

Note: Let's everyone meet at the main pool in your all-black swim attire at 1pm to snap a group photo with the entire group before we head to the catamaran. 

After dinner, meet us in the Overtime Sports Bar.  

Time: 9pm

Attire: 80's vs 90's theme night 

Enjoy a free day or join us for the optional ziplining, tubing, hot springs, and horseback riding excursion. Information has been emailed to those who have booked the excursion.  

After dinner, meet us in the Overtime Sports Bar.  

Time: 9pm

Attire: Sundress (women) & Fedora's (men) theme night

Join us at the main pool in your all-purple swimwear.  Let's enjoy time hanging at the resort. Let's snap a group shot at 1pm at the main pool. 

Farewell dinner in the buffet.  

Location: So CAl Gourmet Food Emporium (buffet)

Time: 7pm

Attire: Casual

This is the time we have to say Goodbye to Costa Rica! Check out of the hotel and be in the lobby for your scheduled transfers back to the airport.
