About this trip

Ebb, Retreat, Flow, Emerge!  Treat yourself to  3 nights of relaxation, rejuvenation, and fun in a funky, magical setting with all meals included.

Held at the truly one-of-a-kind Isis Oasis Retreat Center and Animal Sanctuary, each day will offer delicious vegetarian food, movement and creativity workshops as well as a nightly dance party. Each day you'll have free time to explore the grounds, enjoy the heated pool and hot tubs, stroll into town for excellent wine tasting, or bike through the surrounding wine country.

Based on the Tamalpa Life/Art Process (created by Daria and Anna Halprin), the daily workshops will use movement, drawing, and writing to tap into creativity and internal resources.  Hoop-dance and nature-based workshops will also be available.  You can choose to do as much or as little as you wish, dive deeply into activities or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Our intention is that you come away feeling better---inside and out---and have new resources to take back into your everyday life. Join us!!

Itinerary

Daily schedule
Ebb and Flow daily

Each morning will start with Movement Ritual (a gentle form of awakening, stretching and strengthening the body as created by Anna Halprin), followed by breakfast and time to yourself.  Kaye will lead a Movement-Based Expressive Arts workshop in the late morning, followed by lunch, and another post-lunch workshop. The afternoon will be yours for relaxing, swimming/hot tubs, wine tasting in town, or exploring the grounds. We'll gather for dinner and then spend the evening dancing together!

All activities are optional; however, the workshops will build on each other, so if you decide to opt out of any of them, please check in with Kaye so she can fill you in with what we did, and you can jump back in!
