Cala d’Or, on Mallorca’s southeast coast, is known for its crystal-clear coves, sandy beaches, and sheltered baysperfect for swimming and snorkeling. The town’s whitewashed streets and relaxed marina are filled with cafés, boutiques, and seaside restaurants, while Mondragó Natural Park nearby offers coastal trails and untouched coves for nature walks and quiet escapes. During the first couple of days of the retreat, guests will have free time here to enjoy the beaches, explore the island, or join optional excursions, making Cala d’Or the perfect place to ease into the journey. We will offf daily beach yoga and meditation.
After easing into island life in Cala d’Or, the group transitions to the serene countryside of Hotel Son Boronat, where the retreat portion of the journey begins. Tucked into the rolling hills of Calvià, this historic finca—reserved exclusively for our group—offers a peaceful setting with just eight rooms, ensuring an intimate and deeply restorative experience. The afternoon is spent settling in, enjoying the pool, and gathering for our first organic, chef-prepared meal under the Mallorcan sky.
The rhythm of retreat unfolds with twice-daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions, designed to create space for balance and renewal. Guided journaling practices encourage reflection, while free time invites you to relax by the pool or explore the scenic hiking trails around the property. Each day is grounded by delicious organic meals prepared with care, bringing the group together in nourishment and connection.
After a leisurely morning of relaxation and self-care, we'll embark on a public guided boat tour with Sa Calma Boats to witness the partial solar eclipse over the Mediterranean Sea. Sailing from Port d'Andratx toward the protected natural area of Sa Dragonera, we'll experience unobstructed 360° views of the sky and sea—ideal for observing the eclipse in a peaceful and serene setting.
This rare celestial event will occur on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, with the eclipse beginning at 7:38 PM, reaching its peak at 8:31 PM, and concluding at 8:32 PM.
Please note that this is a public tour, not a private charter. While the experience will be shared with other guests, we'll coordinate to ensure a cohesive and meaningful experience for our group.
After the tour, we'll return to Son Boronat for a grounding evening meal and restorative rest.
The day begins with morning yoga, meditation, and breathwork, setting the tone for a mindful and restorative experience. Guests can enjoy optional massages and other wellness therapies, or take advantage of free time to schedule excursions around Mallorca—whether visiting hidden coves, exploring charming villages, or relaxing by the pool. The evening closes with a group meditation or sound healing session, bringing everyone together to reflect on the day and recharge for the rest of the retreat.
We begin the day with a challenging guided hike led by Jeremy Leaning, a registered mountain guide with the Consell de Mallorca (TA/88). Jeremy specializes in exploring the Serra de Tramuntana, highlighting the island’s nature, history, and stunning mountain scenery. The hike includes opportunities to swim in secluded coves, offering a refreshing connection with Mallorca’s natural beauty.
After the hike, enjoy a nourishing meal and free time to relax, reflect, or explore at your own pace. The day concludes with a special farewell dinner at Son Boronat, bringing the retreat together to celebrate the journey, share memories, and savor the flavors of the island one last time.
On the final morning, wake up to a wholesome breakfast at Son Boronat, savoring the last moments in the serene countryside. Guests then travel to the airport for their journey home, or choose to extend their adventure with visits to other areas of Europe. This marks the conclusion of a transformative retreat filled with wellness, connection, and unforgettable memories.
