I created this retreat with the intention of offering more than just movement. I wanted to blend mindfulness and introspection, giving you space to connect with yourself on a deeper level. In the quiet moments, you may find a new appreciation for yourself—parts of you that perhaps you haven’t fully embraced before. This Pilates retreat brings together complementary practices like Qi Gong, barre, sound healing to promote deep relaxation, breathwork to release what no longer serves you, Reiki to shift stuck energy, and meditation to help you stay present. It’s a carefully curated experience designed to help you feel good, motivated, and inspired on your self-development journey. While we have enriching activities planned, it was important for me to leave room for you to pause, reflect, and integrate what you’ve experienced. The schedule is relaxed, with plenty of downtime for you to explore the eco-estate, listen to nature’s calming sounds, journal, or take a peaceful walk. You can also book a kayaking tour on the river, enjoy a massage or Reiki session, try the cold plunge pool or infrared sauna, or simply connect with others on a similar path of self-discovery. This is your time to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself in a caring and nurturing environment.

&nbsp;The Sanctuary at Chozen an Eco-Estate situated in Sebastian, Florida offers a variety of accommodations from Glamping tents tucked in the forest to Geodesic domes and an Airstream. Glamping Tent:&nbsp;Private tent with one King bed or you can book shared with two Twins (we may be able to modify to 3 or 4 singles if needed). Each tent has a fan, table &amp; chairs, a clothing rack, and an electric blanket upon request. There are multiple shared outdoor showers and composting toilets. Geodesic Dome:Ethereal geodesic domes are climate-controlled and outfitted with rugs, meditation pillows, and a rack for clothing. The domes are single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy. There are multiple shared outdoor showers and composting toilets. Cosmic Airstream:&nbsp;The Cosmic Airstream is perfect for one person. It is climate-controlled and outfitted with a table, couch, closet, and a full-size bed. There are multiple shared outdoor showers and composting toilets.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people worldwide, and each experience has shaped how I approach healing with care and intention. I specialize in addressing the body’s natural stress response—"fight, flight, or freeze"—and working through complex issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, shame, trauma, and spiritual challenges. My approach blends traditional therapies with complementary practices like Reiki and energy healing, creating personalized pathways to restore balance and well-being. I believe in addressing not just the symptoms, but the deeper energetic imbalances that can hold us back from living a life of peace and purpose. I offer workshops and retreats locally and internationally, providing spaces for reflection, renewal, and spiritual healing. Meet Your Retreat Team

&nbsp;ChoZen &nbsp;is located on Florida’s East Central Coast just 75 miles from Orlando &nbsp;International Airport, 90 miles from Palm Beach International and 180 &nbsp;miles from Miami International Airport. There is a municipal airport with a handful of airlines operating into Sebastian airport. Please contact hello@wholebodywholistic upon booking so we can discuss your flight plans and help arrange appropriate transportation if desired. Transportation is not included in the cost of this trip, however, we will work with you to arrange a group airport transfer as best we can.

Transportation

Due to limitthe availability and configuration of the tents, a non-refundable deposit is required to book the Tents and Domes.

Deposit

$600 non-refundable deposit is required to book.&nbsp; For cancellations after 90 days before the start date of the retreat, 50% of the Contract Value is nonrefundable.​If canceled within 60 days of the start date of the retreat, the full contract value is due. FORCE MAJEURE: The fulfillment of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, &nbsp;civil disorder, curtailment of required transportation, or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to fulfill this agreement (“Force Majeure”). It is provided that this agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other, without penalty. In the event of termination of this agreement pursuant to Force Majeure, Hosts shall refund 50% of all payments made by the client.&nbsp;Note that travel insurance &nbsp;should be considered by Client.&nbsp;

Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Whole Body Wholistic Healing &nbsp;LLC, ChoZen Retreat, its members, officers, affiliates, managers, &nbsp;employees, and successors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, &nbsp;liabilities, injuries, or expenses and attorney’s fees and costs of any kind or nature that arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party in connection with the use of the Retreat or its facilities or amenities, or participation in activities at the Retreat unless caused willfully or by the gross negligence of Chozen Retreat and/or Whole Body &nbsp;Wholistic Healing LLC. Client agrees to sign a liability waiver found on the ChoZen website at chozenretreat.com/waiver prior to arrival on site as well as this waiver provided by Whole Body Wholistic Healing &nbsp;LLC.&nbsp;
