There might be different principles of Macrobiotic diet to be learned, it’s just as simple as Yoga when it comes to practicing in our point of view: it’s all towards healthier life as long as we follow by listening to our body’s demand.
Then, the questions of how to practice Yoga the right way and how to apply Macrobiotic everyday that you seem to be wondering will NOT be answered by our team nor at the retreat but by yourself, at anytime when you find out what you need for your own balance.
In stead of giving advice/ guidance, we intend to bring you the inspiration as well as the experience sharing from our experts in Yoga and Macrobiotic so that you would be able to firstly understand yourself and then practice Yoga and apply Macrobiotic properly and efficiently.
