Agoyan, Manto de la novia, Pailón del diablo waterfalls. The last one,

we will explore with a short hike to get it. A really good experience to

be so close to the waterfall.

There are other extra adventure activities we don't include in the

package like rafting, canioning, paragliding, Zipline, swinging Bridge

PS. Casa del Balcón is part of Luna Volcán Lodge and SPA. We have a

big chance to use the swimming pools for free. Even though they

have massage treatments that we can arrange it too. We need to

book it in advance.

Sleep in Baños

Leaving from the hotel at 08.30am. It will take one hour to get to the
Amazonian region and join to the indigenous communities Kwichuas.
Visiting a fish farm paiche. This is a giant fish from the amazon.
Ola vida waterfall will be a great introduction to hike in to the primary
forest and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Lunch time.
A local community will say welcome home and we will be part of it to
know customs, traditions, music and other details from them.

A Paddle canoe is part of this experience in the Puyo river and then
Indichurris community is the best view point in the Amazon.
Sleep in Baños

Our Quilotoa Day Tour starts from Quito at 07.30 am. Our first stop is one of the most folkloric markets. Saquisili market (if our trip is Thursday or Zumbahua market Saturday). In fact, authentic markets with variety of colorful roses, Andean fruits, Handicrafts and more. Anyway, If we are not travelling on these days, we can stop in Maca community to see Julián's family. A beautiful indigenous family want to share part of their culture with us. The next stop is Tigua community. This community stands out for its Andean legends surround paints and artists captured images of the mountainous landscape. A brief stop in Toachi Canyon. A geological fault caused by the Volcanoes eruptions. Once we get to Quilotoa Community begins our hike into the Crater.
A Descending hike from 3900msnm to 3500msnm to the base of the lake. The path is steep and some volcanic material (gravel). There are some other activities (optional) like kayaking, boat ride. Our ascent will demand an extra physical effort, but have the option to rent a mule to make this hike up more enjoyable. Better hike of course! Lunch time. Shopping in the community galleries and finally we go back to Quito at 18:30 pm.

Mindo cloud Forest Day Tour starts at 8:00 am from your hotel and will head towards the northwest of Pichincha Province, crossing some climatic floors. Our first stop will be at the Pululahua Volcano. From a panoramic viewpoint we will observe the crater of the majestic Krater. We can observe some native plants such as bromeliads, orchids and some medicinal species. San Tadeo Birding spot. Would your like to feed Humminbirds from your hands? This is the place. Toucans, Tanagers Feeders. Aguties, squirrels, orchids, bromeliads are part of this Amazing Experience. bring binoculars, cámara have a good zoom. After birding in San Tadeo, we will arrive at Mindo town and immediately will go to the butterfly farm where will learn about the butterflies anatomy, reproduction, in their natural habitat. A short Drive to get to Cascadas Nambillo. Once there, we will take a teleférico to pass to other section of the Cloud forest and take a hike to the waterfalls Nambillo or ruta de las Cascadas. Admission. we are ready for lunch in a great, quite, and beautiful place. Finally and after Lunch, a relaxing activity is learning, Tasting, the best artesanal chocolate you never mind. Yumbos is the best spot in Mindo for It. Admission fee 8usd no included. Even though there other activities like tubbing 12usd, Zipline 10usd, coffee tour 10usd.
