Meals and Beverages:

- Breakfasts: Will usually be served at your hotel buffet style. In case of early departures for flights or other activities these may be served as box breakfast or continental breakfast. 

- Lunch and Dinners: Will usually consists of 3-course meal with a soft beverage (additional beverages and alcoholic beverages available at an additional cost). 

- Water: As per our environmental policies we avoid giving out bottled water. We highly recommend you bring a reusable water bottle which can be filled out at your hotels every morning and evening (with either purified, filtered, or boiled water safe for human consumption). 

- Food restrictions and special requests are available, subject to local availability of raw materials

International and domestic flights and airport fees: 

Itinerary disruptions in international and domestic flights can occur and are beyond our control. In case the airline notifies us about a change of itinerary, we will act on our traveler's behalf to minimize the impact of this change on their trip. However, in some situations the alternatives offered by airlines, could alter the itinerary. In such cases, we will work together to make necessary rearrangements to minimize the impact of flight alterations on the trip's agenda and minimize/avoid extra costs.

VAT and Government Taxes: 

Depending on local regulations certain taxes are waived for non-national travelers. Can change on a short notice 

Passport: 

Please make sure to have your passport stamped upon entry to the country to guarantee no VAT or government taxes will be applied.
