Hike to the volcano in the afternoon 6:30 am: We will pick you up at the main airport exit ,Guatemala time and transfer the group to your hotel in Antigua Guatemala (Hotel Don Valentino) - The transfer will take 45 minutes. We will begin the program with breakfast at the local cafe Santa Clara.
1:30 pm Pacaya Hike: In the afternoon, we will be ready at at our hotel to be picked up on the bus and leave for San Vicente Pacaya where we will get off the bus in the national park and start the hike of approximately 1.5 hours to get to the top of the Pacaya volcano, where we will see lava flows coming from the volcano. The guide will prepare a delicious picnic on the top of the volcano and at the end we will return to the parking lot where we left our bus, to move back to Antigua Guatemala.
