The morning begins with a light breakfast followed by gentle yoga and mindful movement in the gardens. After movement, guests will take part in a guided reflection walk through the resort gardens, using the complimentary gift journal to pause at intentional stations focused on grounding, sensory awareness, gratitude, and intention-setting. The walk may be experienced individually or alongside a partner.
In the afternoon, we’ll head off-site for a guided vineyard tour of four local wineries, including transportation, tastings, and a picnic lunch. This experience is designed to invite joy, ease, and connection — offering time to unwind in the vines, connect with one another, and soak in the energy of the region.
The evening concludes with a celebration dinner and live music, allowing space to relax, reflect, and enjoy community in a vibrant yet unhurried atmosphere.
