Japan was great! The itinerary had a good mix of scheduled activities, group dinners, and free time. We truly did see all the highlights in only one week. The hotels were great, we experienced local food, and our guides did a great job helping us navigate public transportation. My one suggestion would be for the local guides to teach us commonly used phrases in the native language -- previous trips taught us how to say "thank you" and ask "where is the bathroom?" so I was surprised no one mentioned local translations on this trip. Overall, a great experience!
