🛏️ Where are we staying?

You will be immersed in beauty, comfort, and presence.
All accommodations are 5-star luxury hotels in Aswan, Luxor, and Giza, along with a private Nile cruise designed for our group’s initiatory flow. Every location is intentionally chosen for energetic resonance and rest.

✦ All lodging is included during the retreat dates as outlined in the itinerary.
✦ If you arrive early or stay past the retreat, you are responsible for those arrangements.
✦ A credit card will be required at hotel check-in for any personal incidentals.

✈️ Which airport do I fly into and out of?

Please book your international flights into and out of:
Cairo International Airport (CAI)

We will support your domestic flight from Cairo to Aswan as part of the journey.
You will meet the group in Cairo before transferring together to Aswan.

🌅 When does the retreat begin?

The portal opens at 5:00 PM on April 2, 2026 in Aswan.
You must arrive in Cairo by the morning of April 2 in order to be included in the domestic group transfer to Aswan. Earlier arrival is welcome and encouraged for ease.

🌄 When does the retreat end?

The retreat concludes the morning of April 16, 2026, after our sacred overnight ceremony in the Great Pyramid.

✦ You may depart Cairo anytime on April 16.
✦ Late checkout, extended stays, and further travel are at your discretion.

🌍 Can I extend my trip?

Yes, beloved. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer in Egypt.
We can offer recommendations or connect you with our local team for extensions (at your own expense).

👶 Can I bring my children?

This is a sacred adults-only container.
Participants must be 18 years or older to ensure the energetic integrity and depth of the initiatory journey.

🛂 Do I need a visa to visit Egypt?

Yes, a tourist visa is required to enter Egypt.
Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online in advance. Please check the most current entry requirements based on your passport country.

🗣️ What language will the tours be in?

All ceremonies, temple tours, and guided teachings will be offered in English.
Our local guides and hosts are fluent English speakers.

💸 Are Tips Included?

Gratitude is a sacred exchange.

While this journey includes nearly everything—accommodations, meals, temple entry, domestic travel, and ceremonies—tips for local guides, hotel staff, cruise crew, bus drivers, and temple guardians are not included in the retreat cost.

We honor the devotion and service of those who support us on the ground, and tipping is an important part of the cultural etiquette in Egypt.

Melissa recommends budgeting approximately $10 USD per day for gratuities.
You may bring cash in USD or Egyptian Pounds to offer in appreciation throughout the journey.

A collective tip will be organized for our main guides and crew, and additional tipping during meals or hotel service is at your discretion.

Morning flight to Aswan to visit the colossal rock- cut temple of Ramses II & the exquisite temple he built for his wife, Nefertari. After lunch, sail by feluccas to the Elephantine Island, home of God Khnum, one of the creator gods. Visit the excavations & the German Institute Open Air Museum. Dinner at a Nubian house 

Basma Hotel  (B, L, D)

Visit to the temple of Isis on Philae Island. This temple is one of the key sights along the Nile as it was dedicated to the mother Goddess Isis who gave birth to Horus on this island. Visit the Unfinished Obelisk & the granite quarries.

Nile Cruise (B, L, D)

Early morning sail to Kom Ombo.  After breakfast visit the temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to the gods, Sobek & Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu. After lunch, horse buggies will roll you through the ancient city of Edfu to the temple of Horus & his consort Hathor. This temple was dedicated to the reunion of the gods & goddesses.

Nile Cruise (B, L, D)

Early morning sail to the city of Luxor. Afternoon visit to the temple of Karnak & the temple of Luxor, dedicated to god Amen & goddess Mut. Visit the private chapel for goddess Sekhmet. 

Nile Cruise (B, L, D)

Drive to the West Bank of Luxor City. Visit the Valley of the Kings, containing the exquisite tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs, the Valley of the Queens, & the Valley of the Nobles. By special permission from the Egyptian Antiquities Organization, visit several tombs not open to the general public. In the afternoon, lunch at the historic courtyard of the venerable Sheikh Ali Restaurant, watering hole of all renowned Egyptologists, including Howard Carter. Following lunch, we visit the great mortuary temples of Hatshepsut, Ramses II, & Ramses III, as well as the ancient village of Dier el Medina with its extraordinary tombs of the ordinary workers who built the temples.

Morning drive through the exquisite lush green countryside to the majestic City of Abydos, located north of Luxor. On the way, visit the temple of Goddess Hathor, goddess of love, music and art. This temple has the early astrological signs carved on its ceiling. After lunch, visit the Temple of Osiris. This temple has the best wall-colored reliefs. It was dedicated to God Osiris. Behind the temple there is a pre-historic mysterious small temple, believed to be the tomb of God Osiris.

Early morning flight to Cairo. Cairo Museum. Spend the evening shopping or enjoying an elaborately- served tea in the famous Cairo Suq, Khan el-Khalili’s age-old outdoor market.

Early Morning meditation between the Paws of the Sphinx followed by entry to the great Pyramid including the King’s Chamber. Noon drive into the countryside. After lunch at Saqqara Palm Club, visit the Step Pyramid in Saqqara, the oldest pyramid in history designed by Imhotep the architect who was a god of healing.
