U.S. citizens DO require a visa to enter Egypt. You can obtain a visa upon arrival or through an online e-visa application, depending on your preference.

PASSPORT VALIDITY 

A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and one blank page is required.

VACCINES 

 No specific vaccinations are required for entry into Egypt.
