• Upper Egyptian Breakfast 7-9 AM Eggs or Shakshuka - A simple dish made of poached organic eggs in local tomatoes and peppers sauce. Pancakes with organic local bananas and organic honey. Ful Medames (Fava Beans), Tahina (Sesame Dip), Ta’ameya (Egyptian Falafel). Oven-fresh warm bread to share. Feteer meshaltet is served with organic honey and local cheese. Coffee, Tea, Hot or Iced Karkadeh (organic hibiscus flower).
