An extraordinary small-group walking retreat for those ready to experience the Camino—with mindfulness, meaningful connection and a little more comfort along the way.
Are you ready for a journey that will challenge you, inspire you and immerse you in the landscapes, flavours and traditions of Portugal and Galicia?
Welcome to the Camino de Santiago Coastal Portuguese Way—a mindful walking retreat unlike any ordinary active holiday.
13 nights | Approximately 198 km | 10 walking days | One rest day | Maximum eight guests
Experience the Magic of the Camino
For centuries, pilgrims have followed ancient paths towards Santiago de Compostela. Today, the Camino remains one of Europe’s great journeys—and we’ve created a very special way to experience it: thoughtfully planned, deeply personal and with a few more comforts than the traditional pilgrim might expect.
From Portugal to Santiago, Along the Coast
After meeting in vibrant Porto, we transfer to beautiful Viana do Castelo, where our walking journey begins.
From here, we follow approximately 198 kilometres of the Coastal Portuguese Way through northern Portugal and Galicia. Our path takes us beside the wild Atlantic, through fishing villages, forests, vineyards and historic towns—guided by the familiar scallop shells and yellow arrows all the way to Santiago de Compostela.
More Than a Walk
The Camino is a physical journey, but its real magic often happens within.
Mindfulness is woven gently throughout our days, creating space to slow down, reconnect and experience the journey fully. Along the way, we’ll share stories, laughter, wonderful food and the kind of conversations that seem to happen naturally when we walk together.
There will be challenging days, including several stages of more than 20 kilometres, so a reasonable level of walking fitness—and preparation before joining us—is essential. This is a mindful Camino, but it is still a true Camino.
The Camino—Done Differently
This is not an albergue-and-bunk-bed Camino.
You’ll stay in carefully selected hotels, historic paradors and character-filled properties, with your own private room every night. Luggage transfers allow you to walk with only your daypack, while delicious local food and, naturally, a well-earned vino with dinner complete the experienc
Beautifully chosen stays, private rooms and proper beds—Camino luxury, not the Savoy.
To keep things flexible and honour everyone’s walking pace, lunches aren’t included—just set aside €10–€20 a day to enjoy a bite wherever you feel called to pause and soak in the Camino vibe.
