This review is for Eagleray We booked an Española day tour that as per their website should take us to Punta Suarez and snorkeling at Gardner on a daily yacht for $260 per person instead, without saying anything, they booked us on a tour to Punta Cevallos with snorkel on islaTortuga on a speed boat that costs $230. They also sent us to the wrong location to pick up the snorkel gear. When I complained they said they would refund the difference $120 since we were 4 people but they never did. Do not trust them when you buy a tour to comply with the itinerary you book.

This was my first time to visit Galápagos though, I was able to made unforgettable memories. I selected Southplaza day trip and Baltorome day trip. Eagleray tours provided me valuable tours in reasonable price. Alvaro supported everything since booking, and tour guide, Martin is very informative. Would recommend strongly.

Crew was good, friendly. Might need one more when diving experience differs amongst divers but not a big deal. Diving spots were good and we saw a variety of wild life. I’d book again with them.

La ayuda de Eagleray Galapagos Diving desde el inicio y la organización del viaje fue excelente. Álvaro Sevilla fue super atento y rápido en brindar toda la información. Ayudo a organizar el transporte y tour de tierra. Hicimos con la operación tres días de buceo. Primer día dos buceos en "Gordon Rocks" saliendo desde Puerto se Ayora. El buceo fue técnicamente difícil pero la tripulación fue de increíble ayuda todo el tiempo. Comida en el intervalo se superfície y almuerzo después de los dos buceos. Segundo dia, transporte terrestre hasta el canal y de ahí partimos a Seymour Norte & Dafne. A pesar de ir con más buzos la operación fue fluida y bien organizada. Alimentos suficientes para todos y siempre atentos y sonrientes. También hicimos con ellos tour en tierra para ver los pájaros bobos e iguanas de tierra. Tercer día, saliendo desde el canal, dos buceos en Mosquera & punta Seymour. En todo momento la operación fue excelente. Hicieron siempre chequeo previo al buceo se equipo y flotabilidad y ante todo pusieron la seguridad antes que todo. Todo el equipo de la operación, Álvaro y su esposa en tierra, y en el barco el Capitán, Kevin su ayudante y Juan Gabriel se guía fueron atentos, amables e hicieron de la operación un éxito. Todo fue puntual y excelente. Destaca la atención y actitud del Dive Máster Daniel "Perrazo". Que con su buena actitud y vibra hizo que la operación fuera excelente. Tuvimos la fortuna de celebrar 100 inmersiones en Galapagos y tuvieron este genial detalle!!! Además nos dieron las fotos y videos que tomaron sin ningún costo extra. Muchas gracias a Eagleray Galapagos Diving por todas sus atenciones. Esperamos volver pronto !!! 100% recomendable
