8:30am: Yoga with Chereen.

Reset your soul in the morning! A class I specifically designed to build internal heat, increased stamina and internal strength. 

10:00am: On site chef prepared Brunch with local ingredients (included).

11:00am: Guided Spiritual Journaling by the pool. Spiritual journaling is a practice of writing down one's thoughts, feelings and experiences using one's inner self and the relationship with the divine. We will have breath work first to get us into a relaxed state, then use the journaling prompts as a way to explore, record and reflect on our spiritual state. 

12:00pm: Transformational ice baths! Reduce inflammation, muscle damage, and perceived pain, speed up recovery, and improve performance. 

1:30pm -5:00pm: Walk to Jaco Beach/free time to explore the city, beach and shopping

6:00pm: Sunset hike & meditation circle at Miro Mountain:

El Miro is an abandoned hotel that was built high in the mountain which boasts incredible views of Jaco from the top. The trail and buildings are decorated by local and international artists making it a beautiful place for meditation, photography. There is usually plenty of wildlife including monkeys, toucans, frogs and plenty of beautiful flora and fauna. It is a very easy hike available for all skill levels.

9am-3pm Zipline jungle (included)

Elevated platforms and cable give you the chance to see a beautiful waterfall, incredible wildlife and breathtaking views of Costa Rica and Nicoya Peninsula. Includes transportation, guide, and ziplining.

7:00am: Morning Yoga  My favorite! Moving to the vibrations of the bright Sun. New day, new adventures!

Jungle ATV waterfall ($110)

Experience real Costa Rica off the beaten path. You will have plenty of time to explore lush tropical rainforests and see the spectacular beauty of the coastline and visit an epic waterfall in the jungle. 

Sunset Horseback riding ($65)

Experience the beauty of Jaco Beach stop a horseback riding tour. Follow your guide along beach trails, which grant you beautiful sea views.

White water rafting, surfing lessons, and Manuel Antonio national park hiking tour can also be arranged (tours range from $50-$150)

5:30am-6:00am: Sunrise ecstatic dance on the beach

With the rising vibrations of the sun we will dance outdoors, the experience of ecstatic dance can be incredibly beneficial for the mind, body and spirit! Smell the beach, feel the wind on your face, be free for a few moments, get out of your head and into your body!

9:00am: Delicious Breakfast (included)

10:00am-6:00pm: 

Game time, right outside your room there are basketball courts, foosball table, pool tables, giant jenga and a game room

Enjoy Free time by the onsite pool, waterfall, or hammocks

6:00 pm: Meditation Class

7:30pm VIP table at Orange Pub
